assuming clean yan (meaning hindi blacklisted at walang records sa at&t like may due payment pa) then you can just unlock it cheaply on doctorsim or ask the unlockers here in SB dun sa buy and sell section, usually with a clean record hindi ka gagastos ng mas mataas pa sa 500 pesos (yes that cheap) kung magpapa unlock ako dito sa pinas I can go as high as 700 pesos pero other than that wag na, dun na lang ako sa doctorsim mag papa unlock.
