There is no way but to erase the phone from the previous owner's icloud account.

pag nagkita kayo, make sure na may wifi kayong macoconnect-kan,, then pa open mo sa kanya yung iphone, go to icloud>find my iphone.then off mo yun, then delete mo yung account nya. next go to general> reset > Erase all setting and data.

pag na gawa mo na yan at nag restart na ulit yung iphone, mapupunta ka sa activation process, pag nanghingi ng apple ID nya meaning naka link pa rin yun sa icloud nya,, kung hindi na, most likely safe na yung phone..

Option 1 - > pag nag ask ng apple id using other phones or laptop, go to www.icloud.com then ipalog in mo sa kanya yung icloud accoun nya dun (Apple ID) then go to devices, erase device then remove device.

Option 2 - > pag hindi na nag ask ng apple ID, continue the process, use your own apple ID at ilog in mo, pag napunta na sa home screen go to icloud then register you icloud there then turn on find my iphone. sa icloud mo na lalabas yung device as "My Device" at succesful na ang transfer ng ownership.

importante magkasama kayo ng pagbibilhan mo at may stable internet connection dahil dapat connexted ka sa net sa process na yan


DISCLAIMER: This is based on experience, I only use the "Erase All Content and Settings & Set as new iphone" as a subtitute to restoring using Itunes.
I DO NOT USE ITUNES to restore nor to manage my files, I use ifunbox and Ifile, I am jailbroken. So i don't know about itunes.
Sa mga iba pang may alam paki correct nalang if may Mali sa suggestion ko,,
Follow at your own risk sayo .. though hope nabigyan kita ng idea pano pwwede masolve prob mo

makikita mo sa FIND MY IPHONE - IF ON pagrestore or reset hihingan ng icloud yan pag OFF mabuti

boss, 3gs po unit ko, ios 5 siya, gusto ko iugpgrade, pwede kayang sa 6.1.3 lang at hindi sa 6.1.6, mgagamit ko kaya yung blobs na sinave ng ifaith, hindi ko rin sure kung ok pa yung ultrasnow pangunlock,

pls pa help hindi po mabasa yung iphone3gs sa laptop ko pero yung ipod touch 2g nababasa yung 3gs pag kinonect sa laptop nagchacharge naman pero hindi madetect hindi po kaya sa hardware na issue nito thank you

Medyo malabo na yan,, dapat di mo muna ni reset kung dika pa sure, kasi what I did with my second hand Iphone, kahat ng info ng previous owner kinuuha ko muna kahit puro deleted na apps, nakuha ko yung email add, facebook nya twitter acocunts nya from the phone saka ko in-erase, pero wala naman sabit akin. contakin mo owner,,

kung ang ibig mong sabihin ee "kung mate-trace ka ng original owner"
depende kung deleted na yung device sa icloud ng original owner.
kug deleted na yun, sign in mo yung icloud mo sa phone para sa account mo lalabas as 'My Device List" yung phone. malaki stansang ok na yung iphone
pero kung naka-activation locked at di ka maka punta sa homescreen at nasa "HELLO" set up process ka lang palagi.. ibig sabihin, naka ON na yung find my iphone.
inoon yun pag nanakaw yung iphone, pag ganun.. pag ni-restore yung iphone, hihingi ng apple id sa start up process yung iphone "yun yung Hello" ..
hanggang di naeenter yung apple id,, hindi ka uusad.. at pag connected yun sa wifi... pwede lumabas sa map yung ocation mo at makikita ito ng original owner.
dahil meron din itong GPS, pwede ka madetect kahit wala kang wifi at makikita ng original owner yung mga lugar na piniuntahan mo kasama ng iphone sa map after mo ulit mag connect sa wifi... ingat ka sa ganyan

1. Open Redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 > Select IPSW 6.0 >Back
2. Click Jailbreak
3. Check Install Cydia & Install iPad Baseband > Click Next >Click YES
Do DFU Mode > wait Until DONE
4. After Jailbreak Just boot tethered [Phone has Been Activated]
Open Redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 > Just Boot > Do DFU Mode > wait Until DONE
5. Open Ifunbox
NAVIGATE TO to Ifunbox Clasic/Raw File System/Private/Var/Root/Media/Cydia/Auto Install
>Drag all Deb File on it.
6. Open Redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 > Just Boot > Do DFU Mode > wait Until DONE

Sir pa tulong naman po, im using iphone 4 v5.1.1 with gevey sim. gusto ko sanang mag update to ios7 kaso di pa yata pedeng mag preserve ng baseband.
Pa tulong naman po pa factory unlock ios7 salamat po
