Is Appeton Weight Gain really effective?

ei retribution, u said before nag-gain k ng 20 lbs, naka-ilang lata k ng appeton nun? reply agad. tnx

nagtatake ako ngayon nito. sana effective kasi lang twice a day lang ako umiinom, recommended yata 3 times a day. kasi sayang naman kung hindi, ang mahal pa naman nito. P850 yung bili ko.
 
masubukan nga ito, wala kasi ako sa ideal weight ko 5'7 and half - 140lbs ako gusto ko maabot yung 154lbs :pray:

Ideal Weight for Men - Body Mass Index Gender Problem

The Body Mass Index does not distinguish between men and women. An alternative method of calculating an ideal/ healthy weight for men is to base it on fat percentage. The University of Wisconsin Medical School has developed an ideal weight chart which reflects a healthy body-fat percentage. (See Fig 2. below)

every body says na it is very affective in just 15 days so.. in a month ma 3000 peso ka.. but wow! what can i say it worth it.. i guess 15 days mataba nako.. nakakalaki nga lang ng tiyan so you need work out

i see..i really want to try that appeton weight gain..kelangan po ba talagang masunod yung "1 hour after every meal"? yung schedule ko kasi sa school puro 7:30am to 12noon~ 12:30pm to 7pm

waah. grabe naman yung schedule mo. mahirap nga pag may pasok na kasi alangan namang baunin mo yun tapos timplahin na lang sa school. lol
siguro pwede na din kahit twice a day lang since nakalagay naman dun 2 to 3 times a day. ako kasi twice a day lang. haha

hehe..;)) nag start kana uminom ng weight gain teh? ilan na naubos mo po?
gusto ko sana yung di naman maxadong mataba, yung sakto lang..kasi may photoshoots pa ko..haha kakahiya mag pose kasi ting ting ako..;)):rofl:

yung 900g. kaya lang di pa din ako tumataba. siguro kasi lagi din akong nagpupuyat tapos twice a day lang din ako kumakain tapos ang konti pa. haha, pero tntry ko na kumain ng madami kasi nakakagutom din yung appeton.
basta goodluck sa'tin. :lol:
 
mukhang okay nga ang appeton, pero if gusto nyo yung mura lang i suggest na mag Birch Tree milk nalang kayo, konti lang yung difference ng protien content sa Appeton pero mas cheaper. And i can say na effective sya kasi from 56kg naging 63kg na weight ko in 4 months na pag inom ko. yung pag inom ko 3 times a day.

suggestion ko lang naman yun kung gusto makamura...hehehe.. kasi para sa akin effective naman sya. :)
