Ideal Weight for Men - Body Mass Index Gender Problem
The Body Mass Index does not distinguish between men and women. An alternative method of calculating an ideal/ healthy weight for men is to base it on fat percentage. The University of Wisconsin Medical School has developed an ideal weight chart which reflects a healthy body-fat percentage. (See Fig 2. below)
Ideal Weight = Healthy Weight Range = BMI 19-24.9

i see..i really want to try that appeton weight gain..kelangan po ba talagang masunod yung "1 hour after every meal"? yung schedule ko kasi sa school puro 7:30am to 12noon~ 12:30pm to 7pm

waah. grabe naman yung schedule mo. mahirap nga pag may pasok na kasi alangan namang baunin mo yun tapos timplahin na lang sa school. lol
siguro pwede na din kahit twice a day lang since nakalagay naman dun 2 to 3 times a day. ako kasi twice a day lang. haha
