yes kaya naman pero mas recommend talaga ang true-rated.

nabili mo nlang din yung ganyan specs. sabayan mo na din ng true-rated
 
it will work naman kaso you have to consider na yun psu is rated for 50hz electricity (european) tapos isaksak mo dito sa pinas na 60hz so meron extra ampere current ang ipo-provide sa pc peripherals kaso ma heat stress naman ang psu mo dahil iinit ng konti yan compared sa normal operation
 
PSU is the heart of system TS. It's what gives power to all your peripherals. For stability and reliability I always invest sa high-quality, at least Bronze certified PSUs, especially if you are using some mid-range to high-end peripherals. It's better to be safe than sorry :)
