can you give more information po kung paanong laggy, like: laggy in opening applications? laggy in windows startup? laggy in what way po.

or you could do the following:

*without opening any applications press ctrl + alt +del then click taskmanager and under ng process check mo kung may nakaopen na application then try to stop that apps by clicking "end".
*defrag your system using diskdefragment. you can go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter
*download and install then run malwarebytes http://data-cdn.mbamupdates.com/v2/mbam/consumer/data/mbam-setup-2.1.6.1022.exe
*go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools >run, type msconfig under startup tab, idisable mo mga unnecessary apps ng sa tingin mo hindi dapat mag autorun sa startup.
*rightclick mo ang drive c: then click properties under tools tab click Check.

try mo po magswitch sa linux, mas prefer ko po is debian or fedora tapos gamit po kyo ng light desktop manager like xfce or lxdce or icewm

Try mo po irun ung msconfig at idisable mo ung mga unneeded na application na auto startup
Antivirus : Bitdefender
Antimalware : Malwarebytes or Emsisoft (Optional lang po itong mga to)
Check your hard disk for errors
Install and Run Ccleaner (Panglinis po ng mga basurang file sa computer)
Defrag harddisk
Try switching to classic theme

1gb lang ba ang ram mo? try mo na lang mag w7 home edition. Mas magaan kesa sa ultimate
