Malaki ang pasasalamat ko sa exercise na eto dahil dito nakapag burn ako ng 7kg (16pounds) in a span of 3 months. From 69 kg (152 pounds) ngayon 62 kg (136 pounds) nalang ako! :) Nag start ako sa exercise na eto last February 2012. Noong una, nagtaka din ako kung bakit 4 Minutes lang pero hindi mo talaga ma aappreciate unless gagawin mo ang exercise. Pagpapawisan ka talaga dito at mararamdaman mo talaga na lalakas ang katawan mo.


Eto yung exercise na ginagawa sa loob ng Biggest Loser Camp. Si Coach Jim Saret ang naka imbento ng exercise na eto.

Napaka simple lang ng exercise and it needs only a little time which is equivalent to 1-1.5 hour(s) sa gym.

You're on the right track po. Just do the exercise and you will see. Ako din dati gustong-gusto ko pumayat pero nung sinubukan ko eto ayun nag umpisa na pagpayat ko. Thanks to Coach Jim Saret for inventing this exercise.
 
hahaha ang galing ng exercise na to TS, pinagpawisan talaga ako ng todo hahaha, para na rin akong nakapag zumba nag isang oras sa pawis ko
 
tabata exercise po yan.. madami ganyang exercises sa youtube.. di ko na nga nagagawa to pero magandang exercise nga to.. ginagawa ko dati to pag nanonood ako ng tv sa gabi..

Congrats! Ang advantage talaga nitong metafit exercise is mabilis kang pagpapawisan and mag burn kasi katumbas ng 4 minutes is 1 - 1.5 hour(s) sa gym. Try mu gawin twice a day po to burn more. Please spread this exercise to others para maka benefit din sila. :):clap:

eto routine ko:
2 tabata cycles sa umaga - pagkagising
1 tabata cycle before mag 6pm

diet:
breakfast: mga "silog" meals
lunch: regular meal
dinner(before 6 dapat): parang meryenda lang or sometimes wala..madaming tubig lang kaya na
 
ito din ginagawa ko..so far in 9 days lost 2kg
