Hello mga sir, tanung lang po kong anu po ba credit limit ng plan1299,
and panu ko po malalaman ung cutoff date ko ? thankyou po sa sasagot, d ko po kasi ma verify account ko sa globe "My account" eh

invalid daw boss account number ko, d ko alam kong bakit, nung sept 29 pa ito na activate eh

Ganyan din nangyari saken boss.. Invalid Account number.. nong september 20 ako nag pa connect..
para maka usap mo yung csr boss follow mo lang to..

dial 211 or 027301000

tapos select language 1 for english 2 for taglish and 3 for visaya
tapos nyan boss may pag pipilian ka nanaman.. 1 for mobile plan or tattoo plan then 2 for globe broadband/lte., select mo yung 2
tapos nyan boss sabihin ni globe na please enter your account number.. instead of putting your account number ang ilagay mo po boss is yung number ng CSR
ganito boss 1027301000
tapos nyan makinig ka nalang boss hangang maka usap mo yung csr.. nalimotan ko na kasi yung next siguro press 3 for other concerns then press 2 for talk to costumer service.., tapos may costumer service na sasagot nyan boss tapos hihingiin nya na yung account number mo.. sabihin mo narin na pag tatawag ka sa CSR is invalid yung account mo para ma ayus nila..

ako na stock din ako dyan e kasi invalid daw yung account number ko.. so yan ang ginawa ko.

Nice try ko to boss .. maraming salamat sayo ha .. naenroll mo na ba account mo sa globe website ? stock ako sa verification eh

yan ang hindi pa boss.. same tayo stock sa verification..
peru sabi ng csr after billing po daw try natin e enroll sa website.

ok na idol nakausap ko na CSR.. Thanks idol .. hehe nxt week daw try ko pag lumabas na ung cutoff date ko, wala pa daw kasi cutoff date ko eh kaya d pa daw ma eenroll. :D
