Settings:​

1. Download Baek Global Globe Prov.zip, Baek Super Globe Prov.zip or Baek Magic Smart Prov.zip

2. Extract the downloaded .zip file using WINRAR .

Copy the Prov file from PC to other phone via USB cable or cardreader.

Thanks dito Sir! I'll try this. Pinageexperimentuhan ko kasi 'tong C3 ko. I'm planning to buy Android. Tanong ko lang po kapag ba inupdate ko 'yung FIRMWARE, possible po ba na bumalik 'yung mga apps? Sana po mabasa mo 'to.

* Updating Firmware via Phoenix *
( Nokia C3-00 Official Philippine Firmware Version 8.63 )​

STEPS:

* Make proper backup first *
* Kung galing abroad ang C3 nyo, may chance na magiba ang Keypad symbols nyo, better check your Country variant first before doing this *



1. Download your FIRMWARE HERE!


2. Extract/Unzip it and put the RM-614 folder (containing the flash files) on this path C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\ (syempre delete nyo na yung luma)


3. Its okay if you have Nokia PC Suite, Nokia Ovi Suite, Nokia Software Updater, Nokia Modem Drivers, Nokia Connectivity Drivers and all other Nokia stuff installed from your system. (sakin naman working fine kahit meron nyan). Just turn off your Automatic Updates on your PC's Control panel.


4. Download Phoenix Software and Install it. (Dont run it yet)


5. Connect C3 to PC via micro-usb cable. Windows will start installing the connectivity drivers as soon as you connect the phone. Let it install completely.
"USB mode" prompt will appear, select "Nokia Ovi Suite" .


6. Now Open/run Phoenix, make sure it will read your phone's USB connection and select "USB# - RM-614" so it will look like this:

7. Click File > Scan Product

8. Click Flashing > Firmware Update

9. At image above click the three dots enclosed with icon box (the one colored Light Blue) , then a pop up will appear....

10. Finally click Refurbish

If errors occurs like: "failed to set phone to flash mode" , hung up in "Initializing", "Product flashing aborted" or unexpected exit of Phoenix, just exit Phoenix, and remove the battery and usb connector. Reinsert the battery and open your phone. Then go back and start at STEP 5 again.​

11. Phone will turn off. Then a countdown will start from 25, 24 . . .

13. Firmware updating succeeded. And yes your phone will remain OFF , and if you turn it on, it says: "test mode" dont panic its normal just remove the battery and usb connector. Reinsert the battery and open your phone.



14. Check your phone's Firmware by typing *#0000# . . .



15. Done. Enjoy your freshly cooked C3 v.8.63 Firmware. Reset to refresh the system by typing *#7370# (enter 12345). You may now restore backup.

Error Encountered:
Sa memory card po hindi ko po sya mareformat tapos yung size nya na nakalagay sa memory status e unavailable tapos may nabasa po akong pwedeng magawa gamit MCFIXER? pero d ko po natesting kse need daw po rooted phone. patulong po dito para mapagana ulit yung aking memory card sinubukan ko pong ireformat sa CP ko mismo pero ayaw tlga FORMATTING FAILED po daw. (wala po akong memory card reader eh)
At Yung sim ko po dahil sa tagal na nakatago lang yung cellphone ko SIM REGISTRATION FAILED ang nalabas pagbinubuhay ko, may pagasa pa po ba yung mabuhay? o wala na tlga palit sim na?
Tsaka po yung security code hindi ko po alam/tanda. pano po ba yon?


Other concerns:
Kelangangan ko po ang inyong payo,suhestiyon o mga solusyon para sa akin problema para narin po sana makatipid at matuto ng mga kakaibang bagay. Sana po masagot nyo ako as soon as possible! o kahit pm nyo po ako para makita ko agad, maraming maraming salamat po! at god bless you po senyong lahat lage! oo nga po pala nagrequest po akong sumali sa grupo nyo sa FB.

nahanap ko kasi ulit yung c3 ko mula sa baul, eh ngayon pag nag coconnect ako sa wlan ok naman, pero pag bubuksan na ung communities saka ovi store eh ayaw na? version nung c3 ko 8.70
pero pag third party apps ok naman like facebook messenger opera mini
