Dont believe on such a new japanese law for anti anime/manga site,
also i dont bother searching if the news is even true,
the truth is i really dont care if its true or not,
Since 2009 a lot of Copyrights holders from america/japan want to take down the site not only chia-anime, all anime websites...and we continuesly receive a complaint/message from copyright holders until now,
but we really dont care..

we are not going down anytime soon, but atleast more 20-30 years!
dont be afraid we are not leaving you.

the truth is no one can stop anime websites, unless we are hosted at United states but not! they cant do anything on us

even the FBI cant do anything about to thepiratebay,
so tell me how the small organization can do that?

i just want to update you guys so you wont be afraid..

As a lot of you may or may not know, Japan has recently came up with an Anti-Piracy act targeted at Anime and Manga overseas. This act will aim towards shutting down websites that illegally distribute Anime and Manga to the public. Among many of the top sites listed in the official documents released online (LINK), AnimeTake, NyaaTorrents, and many other popular Anime/Manga related sites are on there. We currently don’t know what will happen but rest assured even in the worst case scenario, we will still be around. We will continue to update the site like usual and nothing will change. We will not change anything unless we are forced to which is very less likely.

This is a post to notify our visitors and users that if anything happens in the site in the upcoming months please follow us on our social media accounts to be notified of any changes to the site. Our social media team who manages the Facebook and Twitter account will do their best to update our users on the situation. I will also personally tweet out anything related to this matter.

Please be advised that this is NOT a big deal as everyone thinks it is. It is no different from the other Anti-Piracy acts that has happened before. There is no real need to worry or bombard us with questions regarding the chances of us getting shut down because we most likely won’t!

I hope hindi ma take down ang Batoto dun lang kasi ako nagbabasa ng mga HQ quality Manga also safe ang mga fansubbers (wla ako nakitang group sa list) dahil ang most target ng anti piracy law are Anime/Manga sites that has downloads and streaming, Filehost (Direct downloads), Torrent Sites etc. etc.
