Mga Sir, pasensya at ngayhon lang ulit nakapag online.. sa gears po hindi naman kumplikado ang requirements.. di nyo po kailangan nung mga tulad ng nakikita nyo sa mga mountaineers.
Sa Pre climb ko po discuss sa inyo yung mga kailangan dalhin. pero puro personal things lang po talaga kailangan nyo dalhin.Sa Pre climb ko din po didiscuss lahat ng tungkol sa expedition natin.
About training naman po,as early as today po sana start na sila mag jogging at konting workout po..yun lang...no minor climbs required since easy trail lang naman po tayo.

oo nga bro hehe.. night trek kami, tas nag camp kami sa camp 1 sa old trail. then nagsummit then traverse sa new trail hehe
