bro! Ganda ng analysis mo ah hehe Kaso, herbz bro, hi herdz kidding!
I agree pare. The best upgrade na nakita ko rin this season are the Mavs. The addition of Marion will be critical come playoffs - need ng stopper against wing players ng teams sa west. Not only that, Caron Butler is also an excellent defensive player. Pwede na sila magbantay ng mahigpit without worrying too much about fouling out. Haywood and Dampier can definitely be a presence felt inside the paint.
Pero the ang only thing na kulang sa kanila (to be truly considered as an elite team, is CONSISTENCY). Kaso they fail to do so. And I attribute their success not just to Gerald Wallace (kahit sya pa ang all-star nila), but to Stephen Jackson.
@ L Lawliet
I think you failed to comprehend the logic behind our earlier statements bro.
Coaches usually let their best player handle the ball because maraming magagawang matinong play ang mga kagaya nila Kobe, MJ, King James, etc. in late games as compared sa mga tulad lang nila J.R. Smith. LeBron usually goes for isolation or pick and pop with Mo. Redundant ako pero repeat ko lang, either draw ng double team or attention ng defense, assist sa open teammate, or isolate his defender and score or get fouled.
Pero tol na-BULL'S EYE mo, "on a good day" hehehe
I like him pero hindi sya clutch performer. Ang common term na description kay J.R. is that he is a STREAKY SHOOTER. Pag sinuswerte, ok kumana ng tres. Pag malas, mapapakamot si George Karl kasi kalat Tama yung "on a good day"
About sa comparison nila Melo and Kobe, have you ever heard of the line from Doug Collins? NUMBERS DO NOT ALWAYS TELL THE STORY.
And kung hindi man, he is capable of creating a shot for himself.
Ok sya late in games At reliable foul shooter pa sya. Hehe kay Cuban for acquiring them from the Wiz.
Sayang ang Bulls.. Idol pa naman si Derrick Rose. Sayang, kulang sya ng mga kasama. Pero ok lang na pinakawalan nila si Gordon, para makalaban sila sa Free Agency this coming off season If I'm not mistaken, kaya na ng salary cap nila makakuha ng dalawang all-star caliber players nung nagclear sila ng cap space sa mga recent trades nila. Kahit si Amare or Bosh lang sana makuha (isang legit big man) ok na
@ abejarpogi
Kasi sanay sya maging Two Guard nung college. No one ever expected him to ba able to handle the duties ng point, lalo na sa transition sa pros.
Kaya nya labas o loob (kaya post up at maki-grind sa paint).
I agree about sa prediction mo sa Cavs pare. Mabigat ang Cavs with the addition of Jamison. Hindi pa makikita sa ngayon. Pag tagal makikita.
He's way over his prime naman na. BABAW

Haha, oo nga eh. Kayo kasi. Iniiba ko na topic, Kobe na naman
Uy, about Manu, narinig nyo ba interview nya? Akala daw nya magiging Spur sya hanggang matapos career nya. Ano comment nyo dun mga Spurs Fans?
@ dyan2
Hehe pareho pala tayo comment about kay Melo. Sabi ko nga, pag dating sa scoring, I think Melo is the best pure scorer sa NBA today (scoring lang pero, di pa ako ganun kabilib sa defense ni Melo hehe -- pero laki improvement nya last playoffs).
About sa depth ng Thunder, oo yun ang prob sa kanila this season bro. Second unit. Pero sa first five, ok sila Green West, at KD Ok lang bro, kasi parang Atlanta ang mangyayari sa OKC this playoffs. Experience ang best na makukuha nila this coming playoffs.
abejarpogi
Don't worry bro, I think eventually, maco-consider rin sya along with the elite players bro.

yah, thanks! kasi parang nakalimutan nga ng author ng article na kobe made those 7 with unhealthy fingers.
oh my CELTICS
kung babasahin nyo ang mga posts ko (matagal na un) sa evaluation ko sa mga trades, the acquisition of wallace for me won't be that good. im not playing safe, just try to browse it earlier and you will read my evaluation on them. they keep on acquiring veteran players because they previously found out it can give them ring (their big 3).. and, the same with the spurs.
if you looked on my evaluation, the number order of upgrade for me were mavericks, magic, and lakers. as for jefferson and wallace, i don't think so.. they are redundant on that team. compared to mavericks, marion will be good defensively which is needed -- and because of butler and haywood (late upgrade), look on what they are right now. regarding magic, they really needed scorer - but carter is old on this but still effective considering the team is good offensively.
but, i was wrong in cavaliers. i predicted shaq will be mess on them but he is effective against howard.
all-in-all, don't take it bad mga celtics fans. for me, i don't think finley, robinson and wallace will make this team reaching the east finals and the same with spurs in west finals.
PS. for me, nuggets will find it hard if they fought with mavericks. the same with lakers if their fingers won't be heal.

You may not agree, but the numbers don't lie. For the past decade, Kobe shoots about 29.2% on his clutch shots. Melo is at
46.4%. I'm not making this up.
I would also trust Billups in late games, but as a play finisher, I would get the ball to Melo.
Also on the "clutch" issue we're having, if I am the coach, I would rather have a play wherein I have a wide open shot, even if it is from my non-star player, than just giving the ball to your Ace player and stay out of the way. Seriously, even if one of your players missed a wide open shot, I wouldn't feel bad because that's the shot that I wanted. When you know your opponent is giving the ball to their star player in close games, it's easy to key-in in defense, because you know where the ball's going to. Remember Ariza's steal on the inbound pass of the Nuggets during the WCF last year? and also Turkoglu's block on Kobe during the Finals of last year? Those are just examples.
There are very special players, like Kobe and Wade (with the help from the refs, err his teammates) who could almost always know how to put up points in the basket even if they are guarded heavily, and there's nothing you could do about it.
One thing I would like to point out also on the Nuggets, is that they have two players that could score points in the clutch (Melo and Billups), maybe you could even throw in J.R. Smith, on a good day, so clutch shots are spread almost evenly among them, so those two doesn't have a lot of clutch shots compared to Kobe. In the Lakers, they only have Kobe who could do that. Same with Miami (Wade) and Cleveland (LBJ). Dallas has two (Terry and Nowitzki).
At the end of the day, they are all great players. We just have to enjoy what kind of a show they're going to provide us in each game. Clutch shots are what we are looking for as fans, and Kobe brings the most of them this season.
P.S. : It is a very sad season for Bulls fans.

siguro tol ang dapat natin i admire aside from them will be the thunder -- in the person of Durant.. Who will expect until now they are leading against Hornets/Spurs/Suns which are have veteran players. This team composed of young players - including Westbrook. If Durant continues to play like this, no wonder, he will surpass Carmelo on SF position in terms of scoring ability (west).
im still in favor of cavaliers to dominate the east conference until facing the magic.. that's the only team that can keep with their scoring spree - particularly james.. i can see Shaq to be injured somewhere in playoffs. so, howard will dominate the paint even if guarded by jamison/varejao/big z (shall return)

@ countkenshin
@ countkenshin
IN 4TH QTR in their respective super career!
haha, i won't deny (kasi totoo) ang lower percentage ni kobe sa clutch but, because him, humahabol ang team nia in score during 4th qtr.
kung napapansin natin, kobe is one of the active players listed having high points in 4th qtr (or kasali pa yata ang overtime). nakalimutan ko ang pagkakasunod nila but, Manu Ginobili and Kobe are leading this aspect.
PS.
@ abejarpogi

mas magaling talagang clutch player si melo kysa ky billups becoz melo is an excellent perimeter shooter and differnce dn yan sa kanilang position..melo also has great first step mahirap bantayan even artest nahihirapan sa kanya unpredictable kasi he can dive the ball or pull it up for a j..
also i disagree na ma lalampasan ni durant si melo in sf position n east..alam nmn natin na malakas ang thunder ngayun dahil din ky westbrook..great combo guard triple double threat nasasapawan lng ni durantula..their team is not also a threat in playoffs..mahina depth nila..walng magaling na secong unit..

actually nalagpasan naman nia in terms of average points per game now.. hehe.. pero tol, kung titingnan mo ha... sino ang may mas malakas na team between durant and melo - i mean kung baliktarin natin ang situation at nasa denver si durant.. di ba?
hats off kay carmelo kaso kung ikumpara mo ang team nia kay durant, malayo sa experience - pati age pala. kaya nasabi ko na if durant continues to play like this, he might be mentioned alongside with elite players and dominate the SF (except James)
