Need Advice poh mga Master

Mga boss ask kuh lng poh sana kung paano kuh mamaster yung web dev knowledge kuh, base sah tutorial videos nah napanuod kuh, may knowledge nah akuh sah HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT, ask kuh sana paano kuh sila imaster?

Here is a tip:

1) Think of an interesting project, yung (mapagkakakitaan, yung magagamit mo in the future, yung matetest ang skills mo, yung ma chachallenge ka, yung kaya mo etc..)
2) Focus on that goal, kailangan may matapos ka.
3) Identify mo yung mga kailangan para sa project nayan panu sya mag wowork, (flowchart, data analysis, sql database, sino ang target user mo )

Alam kung marami akong d nabangit sa pangatlo, so ikaw na bahala sa iba least may idea ka

4) Start with front-end
HTML structure (templating with header, navigation menu, sidebar, footer, main content, right sidebar, fullwidth container etc.)
?? bakit templating, para hindi ka paulit ulit na magcodes sa ibat ibang pages mo, gawa kalang ng isang file na nandoon ang header mo, navigation, foorter
tapos include mo nalang sila sa page mo.

5) Add style, Cascading Style Sheet kung gusto mo ng responsive here's another tip:
learn about this "@media screen and (orientation: portrait) and (max-width: 480px)"
@media screen and (orientation: portrait)
@media screen and (orientation: landscape)
@media screen and (max-width: 480px)
etc....
don't forget to add this in HTML
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">
then the calc function
width: (100% - 30px); //hindi gagana pag mag kadikit 100%-30px dapat may space 100% - 10px
height: (100% - 10%);
learn about : height:100 vh; width:100 vw; means 100% View Height, view Width, also width: vmax or, vmin

6) Try your javascript and jquery skills, ajax, json
onload functions, animations etc..

7) If you have already a choice of backend langauge here it goes.

i used php, but you can use asp, or pyhton, node.js etc
8.) dapat magkasama sila kasi pinsan nya to, database
i use mysql.

10) Pag naka survived ka, test and debug, then deploy to free hosting, or sabi ko nga kung mapagkakakitaan yan ebenta muna.

salamat poh sah tip nah toh idol,,,pang.hahawakan kuh poh itong tip muh nah...sana ay mag.grow akuh sah career nah toh...maraming salamat poh ulit sah payo. laking tulong poh ito pra sakin nah nag.sisimula pah lng.

Start mo sa pag build.ng.sarili mong work ethics, for example dapat everyday may nilalaan ka na several hours para.sa pag develop ng web or.mag.explore ng mga.new. techs

May job ka ba TS? Kung nag-sisimula ka pa lang eh try to find job related to web developer.
Mas maganda dun sa mga may offer na training/certificate.
For experience at para may guidance ka na rin. Mahirap mag-self-study lalo na sa nawawalang ng motivation.
Wag mo muna problemahin ang sweldo. Tiis-pogi muna.
After 3-years, may experience ka na at alam muna kung ano dapat ang gawin mo para ma-master mo yung gusto mong field or kung may motivation ka pa para magpatuloy.

Siguro build ka ng small server sa iyong bahay o sa mga may free hosting. Then dun ka mag-try ng small project(or any open-source project). Depende rin kung may free time ka.

Baka may kakilala ka na may small business. Pwede mo gawang ng system sila. Syempre pwedeng walang bayad, kasi pag-aaralan mo pa lang nman eh. Depende rin sa development time, pwede mag-pabayad

Iba pa rin kasi kung ang work mo ay related sa web developement/support/tester. Kahit wala ka ng motivation, mapipilitan kang mag-aral, work mo eh. Haha

Ganito kasi yan. Don't focus to be a web developer per se. Kasi nga di ba kapag web developer, yung programs mo will be used by people over the internet, kumbaga accessible sa buong mundo through website di ba? Why not do systems on a smaller scale muna? Mag-apply ka sa isang maliit na company. Napakadaming mga systems na outdated AT pwede mo i-port in as a web application. Applications na kailangan accessible within your office' intranet, diyan sigurado mahahasa ka. Mas madali ka pa makakuha ng feedback dahil mga co-employees mo ang makaka-view at makakapabigay ng suggestions sa ikagaganda ng project mo. Start small. Kapag nagamay mo na, lakihan mo yung scale.

Diba nasa IT Staff ka, pwede ka nga pla mag-propose ng system sa work mo. Mag-search ka ng any related sa monitoring/information/inventory.

salamat poh sah mga advices nyo mga master...may background naman ng HTML at CSS..problema kuh lng talaga pano akuh mag.simula gumawa ng project...hehe

patambay po dito ts,gusto ko rin maging web developer kaso hirap din ako hehe. nag self study ako ngayun ng codeigniter.
nag simula ako sa html, css, JavaScript, jQuery, bootstrap then procedural php then nag php OOP then ngayon php framework na ako codeigniter. hirap mag apply kasi hinahanap palagi yung 4yrs course.

Maraming non-4year-course-grad na applicants na mas magaling pa sa 4year-course grad. Pero ang sa tingin ko, pwede gawin alternative credentials lalo na kung malaki, malawak, maganda na ang portfolio mo. May mga grads na walang experience except sa classroom theories and projects. May mga di nakatapos na mas malawak pa ang experience kesa sa mga regular employees. Kung hindi ka nakatapos, tabunan mo ng magandang portfolio at work experience. Tignan mo kung makatanggi pa sila. Para silang nagtampo sa bigas.

kulang lang ako sa tamang guide kasi hindi ko rin alam kung anong steps una kung gagawin. kapos din ako sa pera para gawan ng libre ang iba para sa portfolio ko. pero gagawin ko pa rin yan one day para magka portfolio ako. gusto po muna e master ang CodeIgniter.
