Hi guys, tanung lang po ako regarding sa project ko patient management system with inventory iyan po kasi pumasang prupose ko po sa thesis , bali po ang gusto nila makita bawat patient may unique id then lahat nang check up history niya naka include na po once kinlick ang name nang patient, paano po ba mag design nang database?, kindly check my screenshot below.
