Need help about Payroll System

Guys pwede makuha ng idea sa inyo i have a project and im doing some research, ano bang mga bagay ang dapat iconsider when your doing a payroll system? like kung ano dapat makikita sa system.

Ideas ko lang is about the sa 201 files ng mga employees, pero hnd ko alam kung ano mga dapat ilagay ko sa payroll module.

Please help me gain some ideas .
