Opo, try niyo na lang po uninstall then reinstall the game. Then see if the problem still persists.

Have you tried to RESET NETWORK SETTINGS on your iPad mini already po?

Na-check niyo na rin po ba yung APN settings na gamit niyo now on iOS 7.0.2?

Para sa APN Settings:

1. Go to Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data Network
2.Search niyo yung 'Internet Tethering'
3.I-retype niyo ang APN


Kung greyed-out Wi-Fi naman ang iDevice ninyo, try niyo itong gawin:

Kailangan niyong palitan ang pangalan ng inyong iDevice. Sabi nila may problema daw ang latest iOS 7.0.2 sa mga pangalan na may apostrophe ( ' ) kaya sina-suggest na tanggalin ito.

1. Go to Settings>General>About
2. Tap on 'Name' tapos i-edit niyo ito at tanggalin ang apostrophe (kung meron)
3. I-turn off niyo ang inyong iDevice at i-on ito at tignan kung okay na uli ang Wi-Fi nito

Wala pa pong lumalabas na jailbreak for iOS 7.x hanggang ngayon.

Unfortunately, that is not possible even if your iDevice's (6.0) SHSH blobs are available.

Since iOS 6.0 is no longer being signed by Apple, it is not possible to restore your iPad 2 to that particular firmware version. You can only restore it to the latest 7.0.2 firmware which is the one that is now actively being signed by Apple.

Just wait for the release of the iOS 7.x jailbreak. Hopefully it comes before the year ends.

Simply put: you cannot restore your iPad 2 to any 6.x firmware.

Since these are no longer being signed by Apple today, plus the fact that the iPad 2 is an A5 device, SHSH blob/s can't help in restoring to old unsigned firmware/s 6.x and up.

Hintayin nalang po natin yung ilalabas ng apple na update. Sa balita ko po kasi ay malapit na daw ilabas yung new update for the OS na may fix para sa imessage, wifi and minor bugs.

May ganyan po palang problem ang iPad 2 on iOS 7.0.2? Buti na lang pala hindi pa ko nag-update to iOS 7.x, aside from the fact din na hinihintay ko pa magkaroon ng jailbreak for iOS 7.x bago ako tuluyang mag-update na.

Gaya po ng sabi ng co-iOSXervantz svedberg26, hintayin niyo lang po siguro yung upcoming update from Apple (7.0.3 or 7.1?) and hopefully it will fix this issue among others.

Hindi na yan sina-sign ng Apple ngayon and even if you had your iDevice's 6.0.1 SHSH blobs, it still can't be done.

i was plan sna ijailbreak using redsnow, hindi pla supported and A5 device, so ill stick on evasion jailbreak, since bago pa naman ito, sana walang magiging problema even not in fresh restore,thanks.

What GSM network micro-SIM po ba ang gamit niyo?
Prepaid (are you subcribed to a promo) or postpaid (are you subcribed to a data plan)?
Have you checked your iPad's APN settings?
Does your SIM have credits/load (if you are using prepaid)?
Is your iPad's Cellular Data switched ON?
Does your area have 3G coverage (depende sa GSM network micro-SIM na gamit niyo) and is your iPad getting good signal reception?
