Kung greyed-out Wi-Fi naman ang iDevice ninyo, try niyo itong gawin:

Kailangan niyong palitan ang pangalan ng inyong iDevice. Sabi nila may problema daw ang latest iOS 7.0.2 sa mga pangalan na may apostrophe ( ' ) kaya sina-suggest na tanggalin ito.

1. Go to Settings>General>About
2. Tap on 'Name' tapos i-edit niyo ito at tanggalin ang apostrophe (kung meron)
3. I-turn off niyo ang inyong iDevice at i-on ito at tignan kung okay na uli ang Wi-Fi nito

You should try using a different GSM network SIM and see if the issue/problem will replicate itself or not.

If nasa iOS 6.0-6.1.2 po yang iPad mini ninyo, you can jailbreak it with evasi0n ---> [TUT] Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 6.x - evasi0n

• No internet connection during the firmware restore.
• iTunes can't connect to gs.apple.com. Maybe Port 80 and Port 443 is blocked. Open it on your router.

---> check & make sure na may internet connection po ang computer na gamit ninyo sa pag-restore
---> check your "hosts" file and remove any lines that point to Cydia/Saurik's server

Depende sa model ng iPad mini ninyo. Merong Wi-Fi only model at meron din pong Wi-Fi + Cellular model.

For concerns about iPod Touch po, much better kung sa iPod Touch Help Thread niyo i-post ito.

Anyway, mas maigi po na mai-provide niyo din ang complete info/details ng inyong iDevice. Use f0recast po.

Wala pa pong jailbreak para diyan on iOS 6.1.3 sa ngayon.

At ang iPad mini ninyo (iPad2,5) ay 1st Gen (Wi-Fi only) model. Hindi po yan iPad mini 2 (retina iPad mini).

Wala pa pong jailbreak ang iPad mini niyo on iOS 6.1.3. Wi-Fi only model lang po yan so walang SIM slot (i.e., no Cellular Data).

Hindi naman po carrier-locked ang mga iPads.

Mag-download kayo ng apps/games sa App Store. Basta dapat may Apple account kayo consisting of an Apple ID & password.

Hindi po pang-jailbreak ang iTools. Isa itong iOS file manager, an alternative to iTunes in managing your iDevice/s files (apps, music, video, etc.).

Magagamit niyo ang iTools on both jailed & non-jailed (jailbroken) iDevices.

Both front & back cameras po ang hindi gumagana sa inyong iPad 2?

Puwede niyo pong subukan na mag-restore ng fresh iOS/firmware diyan sa inyong iPad 2, pero kung persistent pa rin po yung problem with its camera/s, posibleng hardware-related na po yan.
