Please Check these before restoring your device:

1. Make sure to use the latest version of iTunes.
2. Restart.Turn off your computer and your device, and turn them on again.
3. Unplug extra USB devices. ( Keep only your iOS device, keyboard, and mouse plugged in directly to your computer)
4. Use the original cable of your device.
5. Plug your cable at the back USB port (not front/side ports)
6. Make sure na connected ang PC mo sa Internet.
7. Check your computer’s security software.You might need to update, change, disable, or uninstall software that’s causing an issue. Check your firewalls/Anti-Virus that is blocking your iTunes to connect to the internet.
8. Enter your device to DFU Mode and then restore via Shift+Restore.

ginawa ko na lahat pero ayaw pa din gumana ng uunknown device error pa din ng reformat na din ako ng windows xp ganun padin
hndi pde sa os ko yung nsa itunes na 12.3.2 ang gamit ko po yung 12.1
stock na sa apple logo dahil ng clear data after 30 tries... help :c mag 1 week ko ng hndi maayos

Ganito po kada pk ikakabet ko yung device ko sa pc.. lage may lumalabas na usb did not recognize then punta ako sa device manager yung snalpak ko nkalagay unknown device lang
Reupdate ko yung mga usb root hub ganun pa din.. hndi ko na alam kung san ang may mali..

question lang po...
last thursday, inundate ko uno iPad ko (iPad mini3) to 9.2
succesful naman po siya..
but sunday... nireset ko po xa, soft reset lang sa taas without reason... (kakain lang kasi sana ako, and para pag balik ko, nei laggy ung game na nilalaru ko)
after ko main.. bag bukas ko, ndi na xa ma turn on.. nastuck sa apple logo..

so i decided n long po na recovery mode xa..since pag may problem naan minyan, recovery mode lang po nakakaayos, pero sung nirrecovery ko xa, nag stuck n nman po xa 2nd process... 1loading process is okay... pro sa second loading, hanggang 1/5 lang xa, then nag timeout device "daw"... then n stuck na dun...

ganun po ba datagal ung 2nd loading process? i assume, i waited for it for like 3hrs sa 1/5..

i keep repeating the process po, pero ganun pa run...

hoping for ur response.. thnx.. more power.

PS:its an iPad mini 3

abuso naman yun restore lang nman eh hahah 1k... 1week ng stock ang ipad 2 ko ayaw kaseng mkisama...

working po ba apple drivers nyo ?

if not po try nyo muna uninstall then restart then install itunes po ulit sir.

Hndi na ata na rrecognize ang ios sa windows xp.. ng try na din akung idl yung latest itunes hndi na naiinstall neesd na ng window 7 or newer ang lumalabas.. snubukan ko na lahat kahit yung itunes 12.1.3 hndi pa din gumana... ganun na po ba ang itunes ngayon.. hndi na pde sa windows os using desktop? Gaya po ng sabi mo miss yheng hndi gumagana yung apple drivers kaya unknow devics ang lumalabas...

if pwede po kayo mag upgrade na po sa win7 sir try nyo po muna.
besides if ever ma install nyo man po ang itunes version 12.1.3 na last version for xp, normal lang na maka encounter kayo ng problem..
needed po kasi ng latest version ng itunes sir once nag restore. to avoid errors po

Pa help po. wla pong sounds yung ipad 3 (OS 9.2) ko. ok nman sya kpag may earphone. pero pag yung speaker na nya wlang option ang volume pati volume botton ayaw. di po nka mute sa gilid.

tska po nag maximum na yung free acount dito sa ipad di na po mkpag login ng bago ano po gagawin dito.

Hi po tatanong ko lang po kung may magagawa pa po ba ako kung nastuck na ako sa activation screen dahil nirestore ko iPad ko? ndi ko po kasi matandaan ung nilagay nila na password at email kaya nastuck na po ako sa activation screen. iPad 2 + wifi, ios 9.1, unjailbreaked po. thank you po in advance.
