Did you check every single on of these:

First, Did you install the Latest version of iTunes? yes
Second, Did you run iTunes as an Administrator? yes
Third, Are you using the original cable of your iPhone? yes
Fourth, Plug your cable to the Back USB port. Not on the side or on the front ports.
Fifth, Run your iTunes as an Administrator.
Sixth, Make sure when you plug in your device, naka Turn on ito.

Kung nagawa mo na lahat ng ito, subukan mo sa ibang PC unit.

Post your Correct IMEI and Serial Number, I can't check the serial number and IMEI, I'm having errors with your posted IMEI.

Mali ang binigay mo sa taas. First, IMEI contains 15 Digits, you posted 14 Digits only.
Second, Serial Number: c39gtbxsdt9y
Gave me this message:
"We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us"

Regarding on the Model Number: Probably nakuha mo lang ito sa ibang site or sa Google or from other posts.

ts help naman. I want to restore my iphone 4 to its factory setting. Its from Canada. I want to restore and set it up as new iphone kasi I am having problem updating some apps kasi my cousin from Canada was the original owner of it. kapag nag-restore ba ako yung apple id niya ang lalabas or I can use my own na

2.may pang jailbreak ba na hindi muna kailangan kumonek sa pc ?
3.at wala na bang paraan para maka konek thrue pc ?
4.ano po yung clone phone ?

Question lang po TS. Kasi may iphone3g po kame na matagal di nagamit kaya nastock lang sya at di nacharge. Then kahapon try namin icharrge ok naman nag-open pero biglang nagblinking. Maayos pa kaya yun? Thanks po.

You're iPhone IMEI and Serial Number you provided have been replaced by another iPhone.

Read this and I quote:
