idol marvin, matagal po ba talaga minsan ang iphone3g? apple lang naman yung nalabas tapos parang may loading na na ikot ang tagal po eh 30 min na ayaw mag start ng iphone 3g ko...

nag DL lng ng winterboard, tapos ng themes, pagkatapos po testing ko yung themes ayaw gumana, di ginawa ni restart ko... ayun na

Use iFunbox habang naka stuck ka sa apple boot logo

Go to Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries tapos i delete mo lahat ng file na may name na winterboard.

NOTE: Ingat sa mga i dedelete mo kasi baka may madelete kang iba at hindi na mag boot ang iphone mo at kailangan na talaga syang i restore.

NOTE: Ingat sa mga i dedelete mo kasi baka may madelete kang iba at hindi na mag boot ang iphone mo at kailangan na talaga syang i restore.

OO nga pala!

akala ko nakapag install ka na ng afc2add sa cydia.

Dapat after mong i jailbreak sa Spirit ay nag install ka ng afc2add sa Cydia.

First

Download ka ng firmware ng iPhone mo dito na 3.1.3 http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/

Second

Kailangan mong i edit muna yung host file ng PC mo.

Use this guide.

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and locate “hosts” file.

Open this “hosts” file in Notepad (for Windows) and add this

74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com or 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

line as shown in the screenshot below:

Now simply save this file and you are good to go!

NOTE for Windows 7 and Vista: Start “Notepad” with Administrator privileges by right clicking on “Notepad” app, and click on “Run as Administrator“ option.

Connect your iPhone to itunes and Enter your iPhone into DFU mode

How to enter DFU mode

* Plug your iPhone into your PC/Mac and launch iTunes.
* Turn off your iPhone.
* Press the home and power button for 10 seconds then release the power button while still holding the home button.
* You should see the "iTunes has detected a phone in recovery mode." message and the iPhone screen is totally black. If you see a USB logo, that is recovery mode, NOT DFU mode.

Fourth

Hold shift + click restore and select your 3.1.3 firmware

marvin...i really, really appreciate your quick response to my dilemmas...BUT NOW IT GOT ME MORE CONFUSE THAN EVER...sensya na dude...hindi ako talaga techie eh...to state again my problemo...in your tut for me re upgrading my iphone 3gs from version 3 to ver 4.1 on a mac, i couldn't save the hosts file and the terminal as i've seen your visuals in your tut( how to achieve this, pls), and now, to your reply regarding this tiny umbrella, what is this for or is this another way to upgrade? sensya na talaga...if you could please explain in details, step by step for a moron like me...it would really be greatly appreciated...salamat ng marami sa tulong...

try ko na po idol, 3.1.3 kahit naka 3.1.2 ako, di ko po pala nasabi sa yo kanina, sa pinsan ko po kasi ito iphone 3G , pero nag iinstall na may status bar na po...

Mas maganda kung below 20% yung bar ng iphone mo bago ka ulit mag charge.

Atlis kahit mga once a week lang e mag empty batt ka before ka ulit mag charge.
