Lahat naman po tayo ay walang alam sa umpisa.
Sa kaka try natin ay natututo tayo.
BTW. Yung tinyUmbrella po kasi ay virtual server.
Since na hindi na po naka sign sa apple server ang mga older version kaya hindi na kayo makakapag restore ng old.
Ginawa po ang tinyUmbrella para i grab ang SHSHs ng iPhone nyo para sya ang maging server ng itunes na imbis na sa apple server sya mag sign tuwing mag uupdate or mag rerestore e sa tinyUmbrella sya mag coconnect.
Paki read po muna itong link na ito para may iDea kayo sa SHSH - > http://www.saurik.com/id/12
After po nito e madali ko nang ma tuturo sa inyo yung step by step na pwede nating gawin.

marvin...http://www.saurik.com/id/12...its really an interesting site...it somehow opened my views on why you sent that tutorial re tiny umbrella...BUT then again...as you've mentioned, PLEASE...the step by step instructions...the easiest...clearest way for a non techie like me...much in debt to you...salamat ng marami...(ot...the way you replied is in essence showed your character amigo...humble persona) keep it up...

i have a problem with my iphone:
after ko installed ung iconoclasm then restart springboard, ayaw na magon ng phone ko
as in stuck na lang sya sa iphone logo.

Download ka ng firmware ng iPhone mo dito na 3.1.3 http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
Second
Kailangan mong i edit muna yung host file ng PC mo.
Use this guide.
Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and locate “hosts” file.
Open this “hosts” file in Notepad (for Windows) and add this
74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com or 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
line as shown in the screenshot below:
Now simply save this file and you are good to go!
NOTE for Windows 7 and Vista: Start “Notepad” with Administrator privileges by right clicking on “Notepad” app, and click on “Run as Administrator“ option.
Third
Connect your iPhone to itunes and Enter your iPhone into DFU mode
How to enter DFU mode
* Plug your iPhone into your PC/Mac and launch iTunes.
* Turn off your iPhone.
* Press the home and power button for 10 seconds then release the power button while still holding the home button.
* You should see the "iTunes has detected a phone in recovery mode." message and the iPhone screen is totally black. If you see a USB logo, that is recovery mode, NOT DFU mode.
Fourth
Hold shift + click restore and select your 3.1.3 firmware

matutulungan ka po ni idol marvin , kakatapos ko lang maayos sa pinsan ko dahil sa tulong ni idol marvin, wait nyuo lang po sya, pareho tayo ng naging problem...

Use iFunbox habang naka stuck sa apple boot logo ang iphone mo.
Navigate to Library/MobileSubstrate/DinamicLibraries then i delete mo lahat ng file na may name na iconoclasm at reboot again your phone.
NOTE: Ingat sa pag dedelete ng mga files kasi pag may na delete kang iba ay maaaring di na mag boot ang iphone mo at kailangan na syang i restore.

boss marvin eto na nmn po ako.. tanong ko lng po kung normal lang po ba sa iOS4.0.1 na nagopen ka ng isang apps like contacts, camera, etc. tapos nag exit ka(by pressing home button) pro sa SB setting-processes e nagrrun parin.. ibig sabihin pag inexit mo isang apps hindi pa sya totally close? kaya ginagawa ko tuloy after kung iexit eh nagpupunta pa ko sa sb setting pra i-end ung apps. matrabaho nga lng..

Yun po yung Features ng iOS4 sa iphone 3GS iPhone 4 at ipod touch 3G.
That is called multi tasking.
Kung ayaw nyo ng Multitasking Features at i install nyo sa iPhone nyo ang Disable Multitasking sa using Cydia.

1. sa tingin mo bossing ok lng ba ung multi tasking sa 3GS o dapat nakadisable sya? nkakabagal ba sya masyado ng apps o ndi nmn? ska isa pa po na im4tante e ung battery life, my epekto ba un? i mean mabilis ba madrain pag nkamulti task?
2. About po sa cydia, normal lng din po ba na my lumalabas gaya ng mga gpg error, etc.. kc everytime na ioopen ko cydia ganun lumalabas..kahit na nung nka old FW(3.1.3) pa ako ganun na.. my soln ba pra matanggal un?
