ginamitan na po namen ng iReb not working po then we try it in DFU mode using redsnow and iReb nag ooff lang po siya then balik ulit sa iTunes Recovery loop

Just connect the iPhone 3G (via USB cable) sa computer then open iTunes. Then do the DFU procedure: For 10 seconds press & hold Power/Sleep/Wake + Home button. Release the Power/Sleep/Wake button but keep pressing on Home button for another 10-15 seconds or until iTunes will show a prompt message that it has detected an iPhone on recovery mode. (NOTE: the iPhone's screen should be black to show na successful ang paglalagay nito sa regular/normal DFU)

After that ay mag-"Shift+Restore" na sa iTunes. Make sure na connected sa internet yung computer. Since iPhone 3G yan, manually download the 4.2.1 IPSW at yan ang gagamitin sa pag-restore on iTunes.

-Turn off Wi-Fi/Cellular Data/Bluetooth when not in use
-Turn off Location Services
-Lower screen brightness
-Disable battery percentage
-Close all running backgrounded apps when no longer in use
-Set Auto-Lock period to 1 minute
-Set Diagnostics & Usage to "Don't Send"
-Disable notifications for apps you rarely/barely use

Sir pano i closed mga running apps at tsaka san po makikita ung notification for apps sori sir bago plang sa idevice kahapon lang hehe salamat in advance sir

Double press your iPhone's Home button to bring up the App Switcher po.

To close them, tap and hold on the app icons until they begin to wiggle. Then makikita niyo yung red (-) sign sa upper left corner nung app icon. Tap it to close the particular app.

Yung sa Notification for apps, punta lang po kayo sa Settings then scroll down at makikita niyo yung list of apps/games na currently installed sa inyong iDevice. Tap on each then i-configure niyo doon sa settings ng bawat particular app na disabled yung notifications para dito. Same din ang gawin niyo with Notification Center kung may mga applications kayo na ayaw niyong mag-display sa Notification Center at kung paano ito mag-behave with regard to receiving notifications.

Hope this helps po. :)

Please help. IP4S stucked at itunes logo.
- iPhone reboots while updating then shows apple logo with progress bar but itunes still gives error 4013, then it shows off the small loading circle at the bottom then goes back to usb and iTunes logo.

Inupdate ko lang ang 4s to 7.0.2 then biglang naging ganito.

I already downloaded fresh 7.0.2 ipsw, change usb port/cords, dfu/recovery mode, reinstalled itunes.

Kung may gamit po kayong anti-virus/firewall/security software on your computer, disable it temporarily and then try to restore your iPhone again in DFU mode. :)

Use iFaith po and follow THIS GUIDE I made with screenshots. :)

Kung wala po kayo niyan ay unfortunately hindi kayo makakapag-update ng inyong iPhone 4 using a custom 6.x firwmare with preserved baseband---which you specifically need para magamit niyo pa rin ang inyong GEVEY SIM on iOS 6.x.

You're :welcome: and good luck po.

I see.

1. Connect your iPhone to a computer via USB cable, then open iTunes.
2. Under 'Devices' click on your iPhone.
3. Under 'Summary' tab, click on "Backup Now".
4. Also, 'Sync' and/or 'Transfer Purchases' your iPhone with iTunes so all the applications installed on it will be saved on your iTunes library (i.e., saved locally on your computer).
5. After backing up, syncing, & transferring purchases from your device to the computer, you can now restore it on iTunes by clicking on the 'Restore iPhone' button.

---> Download the latest firmware (7.0.2 IPSW) for your iPhone 4. Make sure you download the correct IPSW for your particular model.

---> Place your device in either Recovery or DFU mode then do a "Shift+Restore" on iTunes, using the 7.0.2 IPSW.

NOTE: Since your iPhone 4 is not factory unlocked, the "official SIM" is required before it can be activated. There is no "hacktivation" yet for iOS 7.x so there is no way to bypass activation for iOS 7. <--- ito yung sinasabi ko na kung plano mong mag-restore/update to iOS 7 on your iPhone 4.

Kung gusto mo naman, puwede kang mag-SEMI-RESTORE. It's the closest thing to a factory default restore for your device, and you still keep the iPhone's jailbreak (i.e., Cydia will still remain installed).

I guess only until iOS 6.1.3 lang po. Kasi baseband dependent po ang GEVEY. Kasi hanggang ngayon wala pa naman pong support for custom 7.x IPSWs with baseband preservation (i.e., sn0wbreeze can support only up to iOS 6.1.3 at present).

As long as ma-preserve ninyo yung baseband which GEVEY supports (which can be done via "cooked" custom IPSWs), magwo-work po ang GEVEY dito. :)

May issue po kasi ang iTunes 11.1 and up with custom *signed* IPSWs as noted by iH8sn0w. :)
