Bakit mo kailangan gumamit ng RSIM or Gevey Simcard kung Factory Unlock naman ang iPhone mo. Walang Network kasi hindi properly activated ito, I would suggest to activate first your phone and check kung magkakasignal ito.

Wala. IMEI unlock lang ang way para sa ganyang baseband. Pero pwede mong iflash ang baseband ng iPhone 3GS mo from 05.16.xx to 06.15.xx, but there is the risk of your phone being bricked on the flashing process. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISk.
