There's the issue, not a good idea to update via OTA, download iOS 8.2, restore it to your phone using iTUnes...

Mga masters, new iphone user lang po ako. Bakit po kaya hndi ako makadownload sa safari ng kahit anung files? Gumamit nadin po ako ng ibang browser tulad ng uc browser pero hndi parin makadownload.. Iphone 5s Os 8.1.3.. Pahelp po sana salamat po..

Nagrerefresh lang po yung page, hndi po sya nagdadownload. Wala pong nangyayari kahit ilang beses kong i-click yung download link.. Bat po kaya?!

Check this:

Check the following:

1. Make sure to use the latest version of iTunes.
2. Use the original cable of your device.
3. Plug your cable at the back USB port (not front/side ports)
4. Make sure connected sa Internet ang PC mo.
5. Check also your firewalls/Anti-Virus that is blocking your iTunes to connect to the internet.
6. Enter your device to DFU Mode and then restore via Shift+Restore.




Please provide more details of your device..

sir nagddl ulit ako ng new IPSW baka kasi dun ung error nagsearch na ako about error 3194, error ung sa mga nagddowngrade ung ip6+ ko kasi 8.1.3 naman yun.. di ko alam bakit 3194 ung nakukuha kong error.. sa likod po nakasaksak ung cable ko. may conflict ba kung cable ng ipad mini ko ang ginagamit ko? pero original naman po siya.. nung update naman ang pinili ko.. error 17 naman.. so i-decide to try on my friend's laptop ininstall ko ung bagong itunes duon at same error din siya 3194.. kakastress naman hehe di ko na siya naalis sa recovery mode..

Hindi ka makakapagdownload kung Safari browser lang gamit mo, you need to Jailbreak and install the tweak, Safari Download Manager.

DFU Mode:

1. Connect your phone to the computer (make sure iTunes is running and updated)
2. Hold power and Home button for 10 seconds.
3. After 10 seconds release the power button but continue holding the home button.
4. If successful, you should hear a sound from your computer and iTunes will detect your device that it is in recovery mode then it will prompt you to restore.
5. If prompted to restore hold shift key on your keyboard then click restore. Locate your downloaded IPSW file to restore your device to factory.

Una tanong mo sa Smart kung nag a-unlock sila. Kung hindi pwede ka magbayad ng Premium Service for unlocking. Kung wala kang budget for premium service, gumamit ka ng interposer sim.

Depende sa iOS version and sa SIM na gagamitin mo. Interposer Sim does not support LTE enabled sim card. Kung lumang sim yan yung mga 3G pwede pa.
