Hi question lang po kasi yung iPhone 5s ko pag check ko ng imei nya naka lagay estimated purchase April 1,1978?
Meron po dito naka experience din tulad sakin and bakit 1978??

Try to use another net connection. Possible sa ISP nyo lang ang problem.

Hello po, eto pong Iphone 5 ko baguhan lang po talaga ako sa apple, noon pong ios7 pa po sya naka open po sya via rsim po and then nag upgrade po ako ng ios which is ios8 ngayun di nako maka pag txt at makapag cellular data, pwede kopo bang ibalik sa ios7 nalang po para magamit ko ulit? thank you

iphone 5 global ios 9.0.2 nagshut down cia bigla tapos nun connect ko na sa charger di na lumalabas yun charging logo.. black screen na cia.. tried connecting din sa itunes and it shows na naka dfu mode yun phone.. tried restore and update to ios 9.1 tapos dun sa part na installing restore software nag aappear na yun apple logo with installing line sa baba pero walang progress.. "waiting for iphone" yun nasa status bar ng itunes.. waited for two hourS still wala pa weedin nangyari.. i tried holding the power and home button trick wala pa din original yun battery and usb na ginamit ko tried checking the usb port sa mga lints ok naman.. please help me.. dinala ko na power mac pero same lang din nangyari. in short i think my phone is not restoring in dfu mode not charging only shows black screen.

if pde po icharge nyu na po muna then continue the restore procedures after fully charged sya.

if want nyu po try nyu to:

1) Charge up your iPhone for a while. (I have heard that being in DFU MODE will not allow you to charge the iphone but it won't hurt to try..leave it charged for 4 hours if this doesn't work.)
2) Unplug the iPhone from the computer and hold BOTH the home and power button until the apple logo is shown, once thats done, just wait for your iPhone to restart.

Hindi ko pa na view image pero common problem ng nagamit ng interposer sim eh hindi maka txt pag +63 ang number kailangan 09 mag start

Try to enter to dfu mode then connect to itunes click restore

Pahelp nman po. tuwing irerestore ko iphone 4 ko di tumutuloy. may lalabas na the iphone "iphone" could not be restored. an unknown error occured (21). pano po gagawin ko? thanks!

error 21 po refers to hardware error.

kindly check po your cable, or rather try using different cable.
make sure po latest version po itunes nyo.
at if your are using desktop pc plug the cable on the usb port behind the system unit.

if still not working po enter DFU mode then plug your iphone to pc.. once detected restore it.
