Need ko po sana ng help, suggestion and expertise nyo. Already upgrade our internet from 5mb to 15mb max at PLDT.. issue is intermetent pa din ang internet but kahit papaano naman meron improvement yun nga lang since office kailangan sobrang bihira ng downtime. plan kasi mag upgrade ulit i suggest kasi na PLDT Fiber since malamang sa malamang congested na ang bldg sa DSL.. tapos balak ko din matignan yung hardware baka kasi meron din problem dun.. pano ba ma checheck kung may problem ang hardware (switch/router etc..)
