Mga masters, may katanungan lang ako, balak ko mag print ng balloons gamit silk screen, problema ko lang di ako sure kung anong ink gagamitin ko saka kung saan makakabili. Sana may maka sagot, salamat...

Im back. pag need kayo question regarding shirt printing post nyo lang here. sagutin ntin lahat yan
sir paano pa mag print pag portrait,na try na namin noon pero pangit ang kinalabasan sa mukha,hehe
baka sa pag halftone nya yun..

Monotone ba boss? try mo different angle. or mag CMYK kana sir para swabe!
CMYK nga gamit namin nun sir,pero pag tingnan mo prang pixelated
di masyado nag blend yung mga color at kita pa yung half tone sa pag print.. ano ba tamang size po pag nag color separation like corel draw?

Starting pa lang din po ako at napaka ganda ng thread na to.
sa Local Box PH nman ako kumuha ng gamit at supposed to be next week na dating nung item.
para po sa mga PRO at MAMAW na sa silk screen printing anu po mga basic material need para makagawa ng quality print.
eto pa lang ang meron ako.
1. Photo emulsion + Sensitiser
2. 120 Mesh Screen
3. RA WB White
4. RA WB Black ****Just for starting wala pa pambili ng madaming kulay
5. Printer
6. DIY Frame
7. DIY squeegee
8. DIY Light box
may kulang pa ba ? any chemicals na need ?

Eto po ung process q on how I create my photographic printing
1. Mix Elmers glue and sensitizer (for the ration watch the video di q alam measurement eh hehe)
2. Make sure that you keep it from the sunlight.. I normally make it in our extra room and place a yellow light para d ma expose ang screen
3. I normally use hair dryer or heatgun to dry the mixture
4. Bond paper na may print mo tapos lagyan mo nang cooking oil para maging transparent sya
5. lagay mo sa taas ng screen as shown on the video
6. lagyan mo ng glass para d sya magalaw and flat sya sa screen
7. expose mo ang design like 12 seconds sa araw
8. rinse mo na ung emulsion using pressured wated (sakin magic hose ang gamit q)
9. let it dry tapos lagyan mo ng photo hardener tapos let it dry
10. masking tape para sa mga butas2 and sa corners para walang ink na tatagas
