What is Parkour?​

Parkour is the functional and creative movement performed by the individual in attempting to overcome the boundaries, not necessarily physical, within a certain environment. NINJA ACADEMY has a unique obstacle course which will

1) Ensure a whole new total body workout with our GAUNTLET – An intense series of workouts that will utilize the student’s whole body as he maneuvers through the course! Guaranteed to benefit kids, teens, parents, the young-at-heart – everyone!

2) create a new breed of Talented Individuals.

Of course, NINJA ACADEMY won’t be what it is without its various Martial Arts Class. Now, everyone can definitely fulfill their dreams of being a Ninja and can be “Strong to be Useful” to the community -- Être fort pour être utile.
