after mo madownload ang os you need to make the file ISO, try to use POWER ISO

PC po gamit ko..nagdownload po ako win7 rog 32bit rar.files ..problema ko po d2 sa rar.files di ko alam paano gawing iso.files noob pa kasi ako sir..sana pwede mo ako matulungan

files are converted (or compress) to RAR para mapaliit ang file size
you need a RAR file extractor such as WINRAR to extract and open that file (pwede rin ang 7zip)
possible na ung ISO file ay nasa loob ng RAR file
