Then signup ka sa mga free hosting like 000webhostapp.com
Upload mo dun ang gawa mo at makikita muna ang website mo online.

You can download free html5 template
Search mo lang html5up.net or kahit anung template then modify mo

To learn html language signup at freecodecamp they will give you a certificate once you finish there course for free.

Why not creating your first portfolio as your project in localhost first? Make sure to expand your skills not just by HTML, you may try these below :

- CSS
- PSD to Static Site
- Static site to Mobile Responsive

If you have good understanding listed above:
- Then upload your work in your hosting account
- Expand your JS skills
- Learn git, npm, yarn

Suggestion lang TS. Try mo din siguro ung mga No Coding na Websites para mabilis ka magkaroon ng idea kung ano mga ilalagay na designs. May mga templates na din para mas madali. meron sa weebly.com o wix.com.

May Coding din doon kung gusto mo subukan ung developers mode.

hello bro, meron akong sinulat na tutorial sa blog ko for totally beginner's guide kung paano gumawa ng website. Inumpisahan ko sa napaka basic na html tags hanggang sa pag gamit na din ng css para ma style-an yung ginagawa mo. Kung interasado kang basahin, nandito.
