Obvious naman if you want to burn belly fat then you should do abs exercises, then add it up with some cardio workouts, and especially naman kung gusto mo nga talagang lumiit eh kailangan mong baguhin lifestyle mo i.e eating habits mo, Nag eexercise ka nga, bumabawi ka naman sa Lamon hahaha

Crunches, situps, dragon flags - lahat yan maganda pampa 6 pack ABS. Pero kung pagpapaliit ng tiyan ang target nyo hindi lang yan ang kailangan. SPOT REDUCTION kasi yang mga tips na yan (which means training a specific part of the body to tone it or ultimately remove fat from that area). High intensity training, clean diet + clean "CHEAT MEALS" para di mag adapt ang katawan sa diet resulting sa optimal metabolism rate, konting cardio (too much cardio lowers testosterone which helps in fat loss and overall performance, pwede mag serve as warm-up bago mag HIIT) at consistency. Sabi nga nila sa fitness 30% training 70% diet kasi balewala talaga kung sobrang lakas sa carbs at sa junk food, especially MAN MADE foods, ung mga processed foods etc. Also take NOTE - FAT doesn't actually make you fat, SUGAR does. Staple food natin ang rice kaya medyo mahirap mag adjust pero in the long run nagiging poison kasi natin yan dahil nakaka diabetes pag malakas sa carbs (primarily rice). effective nga yung running d kaya brisk walking, good for the heart pa.

uhmm pero kung sa belly target area mo, try belly dancing or zumba :D

exercise is useless if you're not eating the right food...

according to men's health, ang tiyan/abs nadedevelop yan sa kusina (70-80% of its composition)...

pero, eating the right food plus proper exercise will help a lot! para lumiit yan...

so dapat:

- iwas sa maalat
- iwas sa matamis
- iwas or bawas sa alak, lalo na beer
- bawas ng kanin
- kumaen ng gulay lalo na rich in fiber
- lean meat (chicken, fish, pwede din beef)
- water water water!

kung may time ka sa gym, kahit wholebody exercise 3x a week ok na...

or biking

or running

saka mo na isipin abs exercise pa lumiit na tiyan mo :)

@TS- Gusto mong lumiit ang tiyan?

Gawin mo itong mga sumusunod:
1. Leg Raise
2. Sit up
3. Crouch
 
punta ka dito sir sa thread ko hanapin mo dun yung workout para sa abs My Thread.. effective yan 3 days liliit bilbil mo tapos sabayan mo ng diet, gawin mong everyday para tuloy tuloy pag liit ng tiyan mo unless kung patigil tigil ka walang mangyayari.. tiis at pasensya lang kaylangan pero kung gusto mo ng instant.. liposunction na hahahahaha sakit nun brad pati sa bulsa! :rofl:
 
Para lumiit ang bilbil mo TS! Exercise with proper diet. Araw araw ka mag abdominal crunches kahit alin dun ang importante hindi mo dinaya ang sarili mo pageexercise. Lets say sa isang araw mag crunches ka ng 12 repetition sa isang set, do it 3-4 sets a day. In proper diet naman iwasan mo ang mga fatty foods, beer or alak and pinakamahalaga sa lahat bawas ka ng rice na consume mo. Let's say take mo lage sa isang meal eh 2 rice, ang gawin mo 1 1/2 na lang and pag tagal 1 rice na lang wag mo biglain kundi mahirapan ang katawan mo at lalo ka lalakas kumaen! Hope it helps.

Ts wag ka maniwala sa mga nagsasabi na liliit bilbil pag mag ssitup or crunches ka there is no such thing as spot reducing.. try mo hiit cardio. search mo sa youtube. heheh. at tsaka kung gusto mo sumexy 2lad ko train mo lahat ng muscles mo lalo na legs mo. more muscles = more fat burned.

Tama to cardio talaga may 30mins libre sa youtube... pag nag crunches ka sa abdomen area ng may fats pa mangyayari iibabaw yung taba tas sa ilalim yung muscle. Detox water pipino saka lemon/calamansi halo mo sa tubig tas chilled mo lang tas after workout inumin mo. Bago matulog greentea ka pero kinaumagahan sasakit yung tyan mo (madudumi) ka ng marami.. pero 1 week ka lang mag detox.
