may nagbenta kasi sa akin ng iphone 5s kaso naka-link pren yung phone sa account nya tapos na reset/erase yung phone lumabas yung activation message na humihingi ng apple id at password na unang ginamit kasi naka on pala yung find my iphone.. ayun d ko sya magamit.. may pag-asa pba yun sir?!? tulong naman po please..

Thank you po. yung last sim ko lang po na ininsert yun lang po pede . hindi nya sa nag ask to put my icloud details. pero pag new sim nag aask ng icloud details pero after loading yun n nga po error. update ko n lang po sa ios 11 tnx po

yes once na maginsert ka ibang sim card magtatanong po talaga sya ng apple id for sim unlock activation.. can you post a screenshot para mas matulungan po kayo and ano po imei ng iphone nyo check natin carrier

Japan Softbank po yung akin, pero na ka carrier Globe 30.0 pero di gumagana pag walang gpp. Then pinaayos ko yung iphone ko kasi na basag yung screen tapos pinaki alaman ng ni kuyang mang aayos di na nag read pero na open niya kahit walang sim. then nag auto download ios 11 ininstall ko wala namang problem pag katapos ni reset ko Sim not Valid pero my signal paano po to di ko po na magamit. Pa tut po kahit bypass lang po! bastsa makapasok lang

try a clean and full restore via dfu mode, but before that make sure na nakasign out ang icloud account turn off ang find my iphone para hindi magkaproblema sa activation and make sure na kung hindi pa factory unlock ang iphone dapat nasayo yng original sim carrier which softbank japan sim card to avoid any problem of activation, then kung ipapaunlock you have to wait for the unlock code until it processed para magtuloy sa sim activation without using original sim carrier

possible solution either paparemove mo po yan via online service which is napakamahal or recover your icloud/apple id using computer kung alam mo ang account mo na ginamit
