wala akong alam sa programming pero maganda dyan may permission sa camera apps para makunan ng picture ang incident...then pwede sila maglagay ng information / background regarding sa incident, auto gps tracking mula sa sender para alam kung saan nangyari ang incident, emergency numbers na pwedeng gamitin kahit walang load either call or sms.. additional info on safety to increase awareness.

parang mahirap implement pero sana may access ka sa national police stations at hospital contact numbers para mag auto sms yung app na may incident sa ganitong lugar at need ng rescue. tapos kasama na sa sms alert yung location nung incident. yung app alam nya dapat kung san ang nearest pnp station at hospital sya mag send ng sms alert.
