na isolate mo ba sir kung gumagana talaga ung keyboard na gamit mo?
try mo muna gumamit ibang keyboard, now if you're sure that the keyboard is working fine and still it wont work on the pc that you want to format.
probably there is an issue on the usb port itself. hope this helps.

tulad nga ng sabi nila kahit try mo gumamit ng ibang KB .. kahit linisin mo cmos battery mo kung di naman compatible yung KB sa computer mo .. walang mangyayari

Sir nag try ako iupgrade un desktop ko from windows xp to windows 7 using bootable usb. kaso during the process nag auto restart yun pc ko mukang di natapos po yun installation. pag nag inopen ko sya gang windows 7 logo lang sya then stuck na sa black screen.

Boss try mo na lang ulit ireformat .
