para matanggal ung soft banned, wait kayo mga 2 to hours,

another way para matanggal ang soft banned, sa pokebuddy, ung Farm Pokestops lang muna e check niyo, the rest uncheck muna,
then start niyo, wait 10 to 15 min, hanggang magka exp na, then check niyo na ulit, ibig sabihin wala na ung soft banned .. credits to the one who posted this at previous pages of this thread!!!

direct connection need nito, wag gumamit ng vpn. pero pede rin basta try nyo muna i-login ung account nyo sa gmail kasi need ng re-authentication pag nagchange loation.. kaya madalas nageerror sa pag log in.. di ko p to na try pero i think same lang din sila.
