Sir question alam nyo po ba yun peso and sense, si ping at pong ano po investment yun pinasukan nun dalaw? Mutual fund po ba yun? Pwede po ba gawen trading account yun eip ? Pag pumasok po ako sa trading yun pinag bentahan ng stock ko po papasok po ba automatic sa bank account or sa mismo trading account ko.

Maiiwanan ng raging bull run pag hintay ng hintay. nabreak na ng PSEi ang 6500. Read it somewhere na ang next Elliot wave target is at 9,247 Hopefully magkatotoo.

kahit naman time deposit sa mga banks gagana ang compund interest if you are reinvesting your profits or interest eh.

Example, may investment ka na 100 pesos earning 10% per annum. After a year, kikita ka ng 10 pesos. Pag nireivest mo yung 10 pesos na yun, magiging 110 na pera mo, then kikita ka uli ng 10% dun or 11 pesos after a year, so magiging 121 na pera mo. Kikita uli yun ng 10% or 12.1 pesos after a year, so magiging 133 na yung capital mo.

example lang yan, in this low interest rates environment, wala bank ang mag ooffer ng 10% interest. These times, the best way to earn more is on the equities market aka stock market.

Pag nagprivate placement yung company, nagbibigay sila ng additional shares sa isang investor, usually malalaking financial institution at a discount from the prevailing market price para makapag raise ng additional capital or to increase its public float. In case di mo maintindihan yung terms, punta ka sa investopedia.com.

As for the computation of upside, i-subtract mo lang yung fair value (FV) ng stock to its current market price then divide it by the FV. (FV-Market price/FVx100). As for the FV, di ko alam kung pano nacocompute ng mga analysts yun eh.

Marami salamat sir death laki tulong mo talaga sa mga newbie kagaya ko .. Tama ka nga sir tagal tumaas yun value ng mpi. Pero hold ko lang to lyk ko si yun future project ng company sana makuha ni MVP yun mactan airport hahaha. Mula nagsimula ako pumasok sa stock nakagroon tuloy ako interest sa mga business news heheh. Sir ok lang b kumuha ako 3 company pang long term tapos 2 company pang shortterm.
