meron kami d2 sa hauz na electronic keyboard yung ordnary lng (54 standard keys) pero hanggang ngayon ndi p rin ako marunong bumasa ng mga notes., hanggang number lang kya kong tumugtog ahahah sayang yung pina print kong Better In Time na piano keys nahihirapan akong tugtugin yun ganda pa naman ng song na yun

- aw.. sir ako rin nag aaral palang bumasa ng notes. pero kahit pano marunong narin ako. hehehe.. ako naman pinag aaralan ko yung "somewhere only we know" by keane. the best kasi yung kung pano na play nung pianist ng band yung song

o kaya mga boss, sa mga tindahan, may mga music books na pang bata na tutorial on how to play piano. aba, wag smallin yung ganun kasi effective din sya.

i'm playing the piano/keyboards. di po ako ganun kagaling sa notes but i can read simple pieces. most of the time sa chords po ako. i've been teaching po how to play the keyboards via chords in a private elementary school, but i can teach even po sa mga mejo matanda na

i guess i can help po lalo na mga beginners. this is a good thread anyway.

Mind if you share what's on your mind. I used to play the piano by chords. But i rather want to learn by notes. Im not that profficient though enough so please mind sharing your thoughs how to do it more

uhm, scale po ang first sa lesson, then the number system using the solfege of each key para makuha yung chord pattern for major na 1-3-5, and so with the other chord patterns, like minor 1-3b-5, dominant seven 1-3-5-7b, etc.

I've attached po yung ginagamit kong lesson pag nagtuturo po ako, hope it will help.

when it comes to playing, of course po yung chords ang gagamitin but the fill-ins or ad lib, sa scale po kinukuha as usual depende po kung anong root key. uhm, minsan po chords and notes po ang ginagamit ko lalo na sa piano, pero pag naka-synth po ako, pure chords lang po.
