Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is the size of a galaxy during the final battle against anti spiral. But in the second movie, TTGL turned into STTGL, which is thousands upon thousands of times larger than a galaxy. None of Goku's attacks would not be able to hurt it because STTGL is too big.

Getter Emperor can convert anything into getter energy and it can manipulate time and space. That means Getter Emperor can absorb all of Goku's attacks. Getter has also fought and won against a god-like being. If left to consume, Getter Emperor can consume the entire universe.
