Napaka simpleng lutuin at siguradong masarap ako mismo nagluto at kumain. Subukan nyo baka naghahanap kayo ng ulam na kakaiba naman sa pang lasa hindi puro na lang prito o adobo.

PINAPUTOK NA MANOK

Ingredients:
1kilo Chicken cut into pieces
3tbsp minced garlic
1/2cup crushed and roughly chopped lemongrass (bulbs only)
1/2cup tamarind leaves
3tbsp Olive oil or Vegetable oil
3tbsp chopped ginger
1tsp rock salt
1/4tsp crushed black pepper
1bundle banana leaves


Procedure:
In a bowl, mix the chicken with garlic, ginger, lemon grass, tamarind leaves, oil, salt and pepper; marinate and leave for about an hour.
After an hour, place banana leaf into casserole, put the marinated chicken at the center and completely cover with remaining banana leaves.
Simmer in low-medium fire for 30 minutes to 1hr (30min-1hr) until the chicken is tender.

Tanong lang sir/mam, yung sinisimer ba ay yung mga sangkap? Or add ng tubig?
 
Simmer is Lutuin pero sa mahinang apoy.

Msarap talaga yan at di nakaka sawang kainin promise halos ako lang ang naka ubos nung niluto ko. Lutong bahay lang ang halos kaya kong lutuin.
 
Garantisado po yan sa lasa pa lang nung tanglad at yung talbos ng sampalok masarap na kombo
