playstore problem (help)

Pa help nman po sa play store po kasi po ayaw po mag connect kahit malakad nmn connection ng internet nmin sa bhay and lahat po ng apps n galing or downloaded xa play store eh ayaw po gumana....napapagana lng po xa if gagamitin ng hotspot elite app...tnx po sa sasagot

Try to clear cache and data of your playstore.

same problem din sakin.
sinubukan ko clear cache and data hindi na gumagana coc ko. haha

Try mo muna iremove yung google account sa accounts, tapos clear mo cache at data ng playstore at google play service tapos add mo uli yung google account

Hindi po rooted phone ko mga boss

Same problem po..samsung grand prime user not rooted po..
nagawa ko na din lahat clear cache/data pati restore factory
settings pero ganun padin..d maka messenger coc at upload sa fb

try nyo po iroot yung unit nyo tas dl po kayo ng total commander di po pag meron napo total commander open nyo po tas FILE SYSTEM ROOT > ETC > HOST. ito po yung dapat idelete yung host file pero kung di po rooted ang unit di nyo po mabubura yan pero in time bumabalik po yang host file, ganun lang po ulit gawin nyo sana po gumana sa mga unit nyo . . .
