PLDT PLDT DSL 100mb takes 3-4hours. Help pls.

Ayun mga sir, these past two days. PLDT has been giving me headaches when it comes to downloading. Files such as 100mb takes hours to download with speeds only from 3-15kbps. This has never happened to me before. Is anybody having the same issues as me? Or is there any way to fix this problem.
