Hi guys,

Pano kaya gagawin ko. I have plan 1699 15 mbps. Cables are all good. Palaging nagkakaganito connection once a month. Normally tinatawag kosa 171 mafifix then babalik din sa dati. Palaging nagrereconnect every 2 minutes. Baka po may makatulong. Salamat po.

Kung legit connection yan, itawag mo lang sa kanila. Kapag hindi nila maayos wag ka pumayag na i mark nila as solve ang ticket mo. Tapos pag dumating bill mo, request ka ng rebate, bibilangin yan kung ilang araw, from the date creation ng ticket, ganyan gawin mo para kahit ndi nila aksyunan okay lang. kasama sa binabayaran mo ang support nila
