wala naman ako limter kase naka rekta ako sa router nagpldt sa desktop ko

boss ganun din sa akin, naka 200mbs ako mula lang noong nakaraang linggo nagluko na abnormal na internet nila tawag ako lagi sa CS nila sabi ok na daw ang internet tapos na daw ang down time sa area pero ang internet speed inconsistent, minsan ang dwonload ko 4mbs lang then ang upload 200mbs then after that mag papalit sila,
pumapangit na service nila.

Mga boss, kumusta connect ni PLDT Fiber niyo sa League of Legends. almost 1 week na kong unstable, pero browsing okay naman,

sme din sa akin boss pangit na sa game ang PLDT fiber ngaun. LOC QC.

Have you guys read this advisory and did you experience downtime due to this? Based on the advisory, fiber optic cable was accidentally cut but I'm just a regular home dsl user and I don't understand why my connection was affected. It's been 7 days and still no internet connection. The "dsl" and "internet" on my modem are lit but totally no connection. I can't make a follow up on the trouble ticket since they made everything automated where you won't be able to talk to anybody. There's something weird going on at their end and perhaps retaliating due to the DOLE case but at the expense of the customers.

Im not sure if I'm in the right thread and kung pwede bang dito ako magpost about sa naeexperience namin na issue ngayon sa PLDT HOME Fibr, but any help will be much appreciated...
Here's the thing:
It seems we are connected to the wifi network kasi ganito yung nakikita namin:

pero we cannot open any website,or use any app that requires internet connection....as in, parang wala po talagang data... and then its showing this po the moment na nakaconnect ang device namin sa pldtfibr wifi:

Im using android phones to access internet by the way..

so, its telling us to sign in daw.. this didn't happen before mula pa nung nagka FIBR kami dto sa bahay... when i click that, im being redirected to this URL: http://210.213.253.71/index.php?uip=...th.pldt.com.ph

pero wala pong nangyayari while being redirected... stuck up lang sa loading,empty blank page lang po so im not sure what sign in to network ang gusto ni PLDT...

sa laptop ko naman, its different.. hindi ko nakikita itong Sign in to WIFI Network PLDTHOMEFIBR194D8, pero i can see from my notification bar that im already connected to our PLDTFIBR network with an exclamation point sa wifi icon saying LIMITED CONNECTIVITY.. and yes, wala rin pong internet connection na naestablish.


Does anybody here encountered the same issue?
What could be the problem? ano po ang pwede naming gawin..?

Boss parang hinahack yang wifi mo using aircrack.
Pag nag login ka kuha password mo. Search mo dito aircrach o hack wifi using linux pr may idea ka kung ganyan nga ngyayari sayo. Bk beginner yung nagaattemp ihack wifi mo may kulang kaya di natuliy sa login screen.

Subukan mong i-reset yung router mo. Tingnan mo yung manual kung paano i-factory reset. Baka dun makuha.

Sir magbayad ka po ng PLDT. yan solusyon dyan. kung nagbayad ka online ng sunday. Usually hindi na process yan 0 - 48 hrs. hindi na hack yan. kung nakaconnect ka sa pldt via 192.168.1.1. palitan mo ng SSID at password yun ang una mo gagawin para mapansin mo kung may naghack nga. Pero sabi ko nga hindi na hack yan

may thread po para dyan just keep looking on the network zone baka andun yung password for your modem sir - by default naka enable na yan i think adminpldt then 1234567890 - i dont know kung may sariling webpage siya for adminpldt pero worth a try then search the solution around mobilarian

working sakin @RP2627 ang di ko lang alam kung saan mahahanap or i disable yung AP ISOLATION ni ONU kahit gumamit pa ako ng 3rd party router hindi pa rin nagkaka kitaan mga devices ako
