Para po ma access ang Modem's Interface (192.168.1.1) Turn Off niyo muna yung modem tapos unplug niyo yung fiber cable sa likod ng modem. Turn on niyo tapos connect kayo sa 192.168.1.1 through WiFi. Baguhin niyo yung mga babaguhin niyo. Tapos turn off ulit modem at i-plug na ulit yung fiber cable. Turn on ulit then you're good to go.

Para din sa security to ng mga subscribers... para di magalaw ng mga leechers settings ng router/modem nyo lalo n yung mga hindi techy... kung wla sila physical access sa router d nila kayo mallockout basta basta.....

Solution
1. Turn off your router
2. Unplug / Disconnect fiber cable from the router
3. TURN IT BACK ON ( without the fiber cable attached ) and access the router GUI by going to your browser and type to the address bar the default I.P address of your router which is 192.168.1.1 then log in.
4. Apply all settings you want to do then when you're finished.
5. Turn off your router
6. Reconnect the fiber cable to the router.
7. Turn on the Router

then it works!!!

mga Sir, di ba mawawala ang Internet Connection pag ehaHARD RESET? baka kasi may setup na mawawala, then di na mag pa-function ang Internet.

Gudto ko kasi ma pasok yung Firmware ko, kaso iniba ng tga PLDT ang Password ng "adminpldt" at "admin" ko, diko na ma pasok FIRMWARE.

last chance kuna ang pa re-RESET, kaso takot ako baka kasi mawawala yung Connection ko.

para ma access yung modem ng pldt. kaylangan mo alisin yung data cable or yung kulay dilaw sa mga naka fiber. restart mo modem at ma access mo n sya.

PLDT replaced our fibr modem / router, i tried it pero di na nagana yun adminpldt / 1234567890. anyone knows the new account.

Eto talaga ang solusyon jan. Nangyari na din to sakin matagal na. Ganitong process lng gnwa ko, Maaccess nyo na router nyo.

Sabi sa akin ng isang taga CSR ng pldt sila nalang daw ang pwede mag change ng password. Tapos sabi ng isa yun daw nag uupgradr sila ng security nila
