Does anyone know how to get rid of this annoying pop up from PLDT?

It means you have an outstanding balance that you need to pay. Otherwise it just keep on popping up. You can reload the page and it will disappear but it will reappear on random times.

ignore mo lang do not close that window tapos copy mo yung URL link sa taas tapos paste mo sa new tab. di na siya makikita sa new tab with the same content dun sa with ads. kaso wag mo close yung may ads.... just open the link in new tab.
