So we decided to request for disconnection of our current PLDT Telpad Subscription. They told us to pay for PTF (pre-termination fee) + remaining balance.
PTF is x3 the monthly bill and our bill is 2,489 and we have an unpaid fee of x3 payments. All in all we paid. 14k+
So eto na nga. After settling the bill, few hours later tumawag yung branch where I paid our dues and told me that they cannot processed our request since we will need to pay another 6k+ for the telpad unit.
Like wtf? So I asked if there will be a dead line. They told me that the fee will increase everyday.
