Ang masasabi ko lang dito is pag aralan nyo muna ung mga products ng MLM company nyo kung mabenta ba at kung BFAD approved ba ang mga eto para walang masabi ang mga customer sa inyo. nasa sa inyo naman un kung gs2 nyo o ayaw nyo e. basta study and research lang kaya muna pag gus2 nyo sumali. pag pinipilit kaung sumali yan mali na po yan pag ganyan dapat may freedom kang pumili, may mga recruiter kasi na talagang pipilitin kang sumali e, pipilitin ka pang magsinungaling, pupuntahan ka pa sa bahay mo kukulitin ka pa. may mga ganyan kasi beware po kau sa mga ganyan..

I dont like MLM but I dont hate it either.

Hindi ko lang gs2 yung mga propaganda ads nung iba nag ooffer ng particular na work o job tpos MLM nmn pla ang tlgang inaalok nila sa bandang huli. Gaya na lang ng message na ito na nkuha ko.

Kung bkit naghahanap ng model bkit kailangan nya magbayad ng 9k tpos andon pa yung mga brainwashing technique nila. Kwawang bata hindi nya alam na kidnap n pla xa.

LOL hindi po msma ang kumita ng pera bsta lang kinikita mo ito ng maayos at wla kang sinasagaaan o niloloko n tao.

Mind you; yung pera n knikita nyo mga manloloko na MLM (kung meron man) hindi nyo mdadala sa langit yan.Mbuti pang kumita ako ng sapat lang sa aking pamilya at least never ako nanloko ng kapwa.

Yung sinasabi mong fashion, events, photoshoots, magazines tsaka billboards etc. I believe totoo yata na ganun ang ginagawa ng frontrow. Well FrontRow is an MLM company and aside from that yang mga yan ay ginagawa din nila. Pangit naman kasi kung puro recruit lang, syempre maganda din kung may mga events diba? Tsaka yung sinasabi mong Nag taka siya? Wehh?? Sure ka? Kasi hindi magtataka yan pag naka attend mismo ng orientation yan.



Well again, gusto ko lang ulitin sinabi ko. Nakakatawa ang thread na ito. Hahahahahaha at isa pang Hahahahahaha! Bato bato na lang sa langit, kung FAILURE ka sa MLM Industry please lang wag ka na mangdamay ng ibang tao para makahatak pababa. merong iba nagsasabi na hindi daw sila nag succeed sa Network Marketing Industry., Alam mo kong bakit hindi ka nag Succeed? dahil ala kang ginawa... meron naman iba sasagot na "ei, Mahirap yan ie".. para sakin ito ang pinaka madali sa lahat ng mahirap, bakit ko nasabi? ei mag-iimbita ka lang, uupo, papalakpak at tatawa, yun lang ang gagawin mo tpos sabihin mo mahirap?? Subukan mo mag negosyo, Bookkeeping, Inventory, Management, Accounting, lahat pati Logistics iisipin mo. ie kong ala kang alam sa Negosyo, wala na paktay na! Sa MLM, mag-iimbita ka lang at papalakpak, Gawa na yung systema at ala kanang iisipin. Pag hindi siya sasali, ok lang, ie hindi naman ako ang nagbabayad sa speaker, hindi ako ang nagbabayad sa kuryente.. dba??? hahaha...

Currently meron na ako group sa Japan, Davao, Surigao... AIM HIGH, AIM GLOBAL ..

Pareho tayo nahihirapan, ang kaibahan lng, ako Payaman ikaw hindi..

well its really immoral to coerce a person to do something he is not willing to do, and para hindi mangyari un kailangan din ng due diligence from his part, dapat naiintindihan nya ang pinapasok nya,

and furthermore, kung maganda talaga ang business, the person who will enter to do it is expected to handle his own capital. Meron bang business na libre?

Hindi porket sinabing BUSINESS ang ibig sabihin ay PAGKAKAKITAAN ka namin )
Nagkataon lang talaga na ang mainam na paraan para ma-release ang produkto
ay through Networking... kesa ipalabas sa TV!

Kapag artista ang nag-endorse.. ang kikita lang ay yung Owner ng Company,
Yung TV Network at yung Endorser!.. Ikaw Consumer ka lang... wala kang kita!

Kaya may mga bagay na pinapasok sa networking...

i've reading this thread from the start. thre are lots of negative and positive comments about MLM. kudos to gerrycho for defending this "MLM" with professionalism. but let me share to you my take on this. what i have observed with some of these people engaged in MLM is that:
1. they usually say that "payaman kami".
2. you can't be a millionaire being an employee
3. let the money work for you
4. do you have savings?
5. always compare henry sy and other business tycoons with ordinary people.
6. they just want to help people
7. guarantee that you will become rich in a short time
8. always compare the money an employee gets vs a networker
and so on and so forth...

MLM is a business style or a strategy, right? i am not a businessman but maybe i can share to you some of the basics of putting up a business. in putting up a business of course you need a capital for that. aside from capital, you need to know what kind of business you are into. some would suggest that you should venture to a business that really interests you. for example you love to eat, then maybe you could put up a restaurant. you love computers then a repair center or internet shop would do.
why some people failed in MLM? simple lang. because they do not want that type of business. question is why did they join? again, it is because of EASY MONEY promise made by their recruiters. there are products involve here because this is business. what people tend to do is forget about the product and focus more on recruitment. simply because the more the recruits, the more money. right? how about the products? nah forget about it just focus on recruiting... madalas yan ang sabihin ng ibang networkers.

they also said that the behavior of the members does not reflect that of the company. just like other UNO members here (based on what i read). may nagsabi pa nga na 12 yrs old pa lang eh nag business na. then somebody said that he was asked by a networker if what is his educational attainment. then the networker said that "ikaw college grad samantalang ako high school lang pero mas malaki kinikita ko sayo". that maybe true. but remember that the behavior of the members might affect the image of the company in general. in employment, the applicant undergo a series of exams. we have this "qualification" before we hire a person. this enable the company to screen properly the person they are going to hire because anything that this employee will do will definitely damage the reputation of the company. that might be the failure of SOME MLM companies. they forgot to educate some of their members to act and talk like professionals. sad to say it because some of the members are not really professionals. the "kidnap" system is one good example.

why do you always compare yourself to henry sy? yes it is true that even if this man is sleeping, money will still work for him. yumaman ba si henry sy dahil sa MLM? i think not. you cant compare oranges from apples. that is one of the reasons why people seems to like what is not supposed to be their passion. in the end, they failed and another add-on to those who never stop ranting about their failures on MLM. keep in mind that you can never be like henry sy. if you will, then maybe we could write a book for you. it might be more realistic if you will not make henry sy as your example. set yourself as an example. ilang taon ka na ba sa MLM? 2 or 5 years? then did you already reach the promise that in 2 to 3 years you'll be a millionare? if yes then that is a very good and realistic example. you do not need other people's success just to create a mouth-watery offer.

being an employee does not guarantee you to become rich in 5 years. yes it is true that even in 50 years, an employee may never get what his boss is earning. there are pros and cons in every aspect that we chose. so dun sa mga nagsasabing payaman na sila, congratulations to you. i hope that a millionare will really emerge in this thread.

Some clarification lang po.. Henry Sy was used to be an example as a person from rags to reaches and same with J.K. Rowling (author of Harry Potter). They are not used as an example of becoming rich because of MLM. During Henry Sy's early times eh parang wala pa ngang MLM nun.. Siguro ang pwede nating gawing example na sumali sa MLM ay si Warren Buffet. Pero di ko lang sure kung dun ba siya nagsimulang yumaman or isa lang ung MLM sa nagpapayaman sa kanya ngayon.

Dun sa mga nagsasabing "SATURATED" na na ang MLM eto sa inyo . Panu niyo nasabing saturated??? Ang nursing/nurses ba hindi saturated? Ang mga CPA hindi ba saturated? Ang mga engineers ba hindi saturated? Ang Avon at Amway matatagal ng MLM yan pati Tupperware. Naging saturated ba? Hahahahahha!!! Nakakatawa kayo.... basta lang kayo makapagsalita di niyo muna tignan o isipin sinasabi niyo. And what gauge did you used to say that MLM is saturated?? How did you gauged it?

Ngayon ang daming nagsulputang MLM companies saturated na ba?? Baka di niyo alam ngayon pa lang nagbuboom ang MLM??? At for everyones info ang La Salle at Ateneo may subject na Network Marketing. Bakit kaya sa palagay niyo??? Di kayo naniniwala? Tawagan niyo La Salle at Ateneo magtanong kayo kung anung course nila ang may Network Marketing na subject. Before ba meron sila nun?? Wala.

Sa mga nandito sa forum na nagbabasa at na-inclined sa MLM kung interesado kayo sa MLM na iniaalok sa inyo be neglible naman!!! Hindi ung sasali kayo tapos tutulad kayo sa iba na magkakalat ng kung anu-anong salitang paninira sa MLM group na sinalihan niyo dahil di kayo kumita.

Ang MLM is same as sarili mong negosyo. Ang kaibahan lang maliit ang kapital mo kumpara sa traditional business na nagkalat ngayon. Sarili mong negosyo yan kaya sariling kayod mo rin!!! Di kakayod ang upline o downline mo para sayo para kumita ka. At dun sa mga nagsasabing namemera ang MLM hahahaha rin sa inyo. Ang MLM negosyo. At walang negosyong libre!! Walang negosyong walang kapital!!

We, networkers, are not against the job/employment. Jan din kami nagsimula and in fact I am still employed and doing may mlm biz part-time. Some networkers quit their job because they chose to become full time because of the income it gives to them. Ung sahod nila sa trabaho nila eh nalalamapasan na ng kita nila sa mlm biz nila.

In networking you don't have to Work HARD for 40-60years of your life and still end up with nothing in your pocket or worst is broke. In MLM you work hard maybe from 5-10years (depende on how fast you do your mlm biz) to get the income and the lifestyle you want. In the MLM I am connected this is definitely true. Dahil sa magandang compensation plan at ang company ko 25years na sa globo at 13years na dito sa pinas. And currently opening at India and Vietnam. Nasa top 5 ng Forbes Most Trustworthy Mid-Cap Companies at 5A-1 rating of Dun and Bradstreet. Nasa mainboard ng NYSE dahil blue chip company po at may $1.5 B worth. Yan ang ilan lang sa mga characteristcs ng company ko na pwede niyong gamiting basehan sa pagre-research niyo ng MLM company na napupusuan niyo.

nangyari din ito sa akin, excited pa naman ako nung nagpunta at akala ko eh hiring talaga ng position sa makati pa kaya naenganyo ako pumunta. pero mlm din pala herbal product. at yung isa pang napuntahan ko dinayo ko pa pagkalayu-layo. yung pala magssale agent pero sabi office staff daw. hay naku talaga mga pinoy dami paraan para manloko. dami nainis don paglabas namin. nakakadala na.

Oks lang yan. Buti nga sa umpisa pa lang nakikita mo na kahit maliit na background profile ng iniaalok sayo eh. Kung sa traditional job/employment yan tsaka mo pa lang malalaman ung work ettiquettes at environment pag nakapasok ka na or pag hired ka na tapos di mo magugustuhan. Eh parang mas mahirap namang umalis pag ganun diba?
