Marriage is an equal right. Hindi yan dapat idinadaan sa referendum. Hindi pinagbobotohan kung binibigyan mo ng katapatan ang ibang tao.
 
Opo equal po.dapat natin bigyan ng karapatan lahat mauubusan po ang babae kung lahat nalang bakla ang lalaki. Dapat bigyan ng karapatan ang babae. Pwede pang magbago ang lgbt god loves you.
 
i truly respect the lgbt community pero ang ayaw ko lang ung same sex marriage. gawa nalang kayo ng sariling relihiyon nyo di kaya umalis kayo sa pilipinas.
 
alang rason para pigilan ang pagmamahalan ng 2 tao.. buhay nila yon.. ala tayong karapatan dikatahan ang buhay ng bawat nilalang..
 
Di po talaga pede yong same sex marriage. Maraming batas natin ang babaguhin pag natuloy yan. Di lang kasi usaping relihiyon ang maaapektuhan kundi usaping legal din.

Ito kasi definition ng Marriage sa batas natin, to wit:

E.O. No. 209 at Civil Code of the Philippines

Article 1. "[FONT=&quot] Marriage is a special contract of permanent union between a man and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life. It is the foundation of the family and an inviolable social institution whose nature, consequences, and incidents are governed by law and not subject to stipulation, except that marriage settlements may fix the property relations during the marriage within the limits provided by this Code. (52a)"

[/FONT]Ayan klarong klaro po sa taas, a union between a man and a woman. Wala pong sinabing a man and a man or a woman and a woman. Kasi pag iniba yong batas natin magkaloko loko na lahat, parang kang mag ooverhaul nyan.

Ang maganda, instead of, same sex marriage, gawin na lang nilang "LGBTE Partnership" or "Connubiality Law", para ma protektahan yong aspetong legal at sibil na karapatan nila.
