Problem po sa Outlook 2007 help po please.

Problem po kasi is napapadalas d narereceive mga email sa Outlook from some of our clients, then nakakareceive naman kami sa gmail. lahat ng outlook email namen nakaCC d nakakareceive. pero yun sa gmail namen may nadating. ano po possible cause nito and ano po pwede solution. thanks in advance mga kamobi sa tutulong.

back up mo .pst file mo then try mo reinstall or outlook mo or you can delete the .pst file then paste mo ulit yong copy or try mo muna restart pc mo then sign mo account email na ginamit mo using web browser

try ko po ito sir. mamaya gabi siguro pagout ng mga tao. bali tatlo user po madalas makaencounter nito sir. and yun sa outlook po na pst file po nila madami nakaload. halimbawa po lima pataas yun data files nila. lahat po ba remove ko sir?

hindi mo ireremove ng walang backup ang .pst file mo go to documents, then find outlook.pst or whatever your outlook filename is then copy that on your flash drive so just in case na no choice ka and will end up to reinstalling your outlook ay may back up ka nangyayari talaga yan due to the server error or we can say that it's possible na sa server hosting nyo ang problema due to the subcription not renewed or we can say na sa outlook din ang problema

as you can see on the image above yan yong sample ng email account from your server hosting ng company nyo


so better to start troubleshooting from basic


close your ms outlook then reopen it again ang try sending to your company outlook email account using your own email address
kung hindi pa din makareceive restart your computer then try the same process again if none of them are working check the other computer from your office na gumagamit ng company email address ng katulad ng ginagamit mo sa pc mo kung okay ang receiving nila there's possibility na may problema ang outlook mo but your can consult to your company it first regarding that matter before proceeding to the other method

scenario1
client 1- nagsend po sa user namen to: user1 CC:user2,user3,user4,user5 (outlook) + user1(gmail acc.). ang nakareceived lang is si user1(gmail) na nakaCC

scenario2- nagsend naman si user1 To: client2 CC: user2,user3. d nareceive ni client 2. pero nareceive nila user2 and 3. and nasa sent items naman yun email.

ako lang po SOLO IT dito sa company. kaya dito na po ako humihingi tulong. aside sa paghanap solution sa net. salamat po sana maayos na to.

In case na outlook mismo ang problem as sir legion said, try mo din magthunderbird, yun naging second option ko nung nagkaproblema outlook dito sa office

try ko din po mamaya after office hours sir kung sakali yan. mahirap po kasi d ako makagalaw ngayon. bawal abalahin mga user lalo na sa email nila. nakamonitor po sila sa incoming eh. salamat sir sa payo.
