Basic sa pagreresign, tanungin mo si HR with the policy, may mga company kasi na kelangan i-observe si 30days notice before the effective date of your resignation.
Meaning, if your file your resignation today, you will need to render 30days sa company mo bago ka tuluyan makaalis.
May mga company naman na hindi na kelangan ng 30days, may 1 or 2weeks ok na, depende kasi sa role mo kung kelangan mo magtransition ng marami or wala naman.
Indicate sa letter mo kelan mo gusto maging effective ang resignation mo.
