I don't think that this is possible. Viber uses encrypted end to end chat meaning it has NO BACK UP or NO WAY TO RETRIEVE once it's deleted. Kaya nga viber is my pick when it comes to talking to clients or potential client as the chats can be "destroyed" as per client requests.
